Bellavista is a two-room apartment located in Seccheto, a small village on the west coast of the Island of Elba characterized by a sandy beach surrounded by cliffs which is perfect for families with children thanks to its proximity to the services of the hamlet.
The Bellavista apartment is located on the second and top floor of a building at the beginning of the town, just 200 meters from the beach.
Bellavista two-room apartment consists of a large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower cubicle with window. The living room leads to the large terrace and iy is equipped with awning, table, chairs and two deck chairs.
The property does not have bed, bath and kitchen linen.
The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and a split for air conditioning located in the corridor between the sleeping and living areas.
The apartment gladly welcomes four-legged friends with a cleaning supplement of 35.00 euros for each animal to be paid locally.
