Die Wohnung liegt in sehr schöner, zentraler Lage mit Blick auf Berge und Meer. Erreicht werden kann die Wohnung nur zu Fuß, da in den schmalen Gassen von Marciana keine Autos fahren können.Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt.
