The Perone two-room apartment is tastefully furnished, equipped with air conditioning in both rooms and consists of a kitchen with living room and single sofa bed, a double bedroom with sofa bed and bathroom with shower. There is no bed, bath and kitchen linen in the apartment. Outside it has a large garden with games for children, table equipped with chairs, deck chairs and barbecue.
At guests' disposal there is also a large common garden with deck chairs, outdoor shower and games for children.
