In this apartment, you can enjoy a peaceful yet special vacation.
From here, you can enjoy a picturesque view of Lake Como, as it’s just 40 meters from the water.
A 2-minute walk away is a public beach, accessible by walking through the charming historic center of the village of Olcio.
The space
The apartment consists of 3 rooms and a private bathroom, totaling 65 square meters on the first floor of a historic detached house. There are two bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and one with a split double bed—sleeping a total of 4 people; a sofa bed is also available in the living room upon request.

The apartment has just been renovated and features a spacious outdoor area equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, and a table where you can sunbathe and enjoy meals while taking in the view of the lake.

Starting directly from the village, you can access the surrounding mountain trails, such as the Grigne mountain range and the Sentiero del Viandante.

If you’re looking for a special experience, head to the Mandello pier, where you can set out on a cruise on Lake Como aboard the iconic boats to visit the lake’s most famous towns and villas.

The apartment is also easily accessible by public transportation; in fact, the Olcio station is a 5-minute walk away.
