There will be no better way to start your day than having breakfast on the fantastic terrace while admiring the wonderful views of the Mediterranean and the nearby mountains. Outside the property you will also find several tables, a barbecue and a sofa, where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. There are neighbors near the apartment.
The interior of the house is decorated with great care. In it, there is a nice living-dining room with access to the terrace, AC, TV-sat, CD player and books. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob, as well as all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it is time to sleep, there are 3 bedrooms, all with double bed and AC. One of them also has an en suite bathroom with shower. An outdoor bathroom with shower and two fans complete the house. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a crib and a highchair.
The location of the house is unbeatable. Firstly because you are just a few meters away from the sea and also because all the necessary services are within walking distance. Very close to your accommodation is the nature reserve of S'Albufereta, ideal for hiking while learning about the local flora and fauna. In addition, there are beautiful nearby places worthy of a visit such as the old town of Alcúdia, Pollença or Can Picafort. We encourage you to visit them, as well as to go to the beach of Puerto de Alcúdia, known for its fine white sand and crystal clear waters, and to explore Cala San Vicenç and La Victoria.
