A nice and fresch accommodation with lovely views of the sea and nature. Welcome to this cottage with its annex located on the island Rossö. Here you live in a quiet, relaxing and pleasant environment with wonderful views of the sea and beach meadows with their flora and rich bird life. Just a few hundred meters from the cottage there are nice swimming opportunities. Rossö is known, among other things, as a center for lobster trade and for its fine coastal hiking trails and paths through pine, beech and oak forest and its many bathing areas with both sandy beaches and rock pools with wonderful views of the Koster Sea. The west part of Rossö is also part of the Koster Sea Marine National Park, which is geologically interesting with extensive cobblestone fields, interesting flora, rhombus porphyry, and several so-called giant pots. The cottage is located on a slope where the entrance level is upstairs in the cottage. On this floor there is the accommodation's open kitchen with stove, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher, the living room with a sofa bed 140 cm wide. Bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with a shower and underfloor heating. From the kitchen you come out on a balcony with a roof, a perfect place to enjoy a good breakfast in the morning sun. The lower level and annex are reached via an external staircase down to a large terrace area where some parts are under a roof. In the lower floor of the cottage there is a living room/bedroom with a sofa bed 140 cm wide, bathroom with a shower and washing machine and a nice sauna. Next to the cottage is an annex with two bunk beds and a seating area. On the terrace area outside there are summer furniture and a grill, all for you to have a wonderful time over a piece of barbecue and something good in the glass while you enjoy the nice sea view. On the lawn outside you can practice all kinds of games and activities. In Strömstad there is a large selection of activities, rich restaurant life, pleasant shopping in small shops that are close to each other or why not just sit and enjoy all the boats in the harbor area. From the cottage you walk, take the city buses or free buses to the city center and all the entertainment or to the bathing places that there are several to choose from. If you want to experience islands and the archipelago environment, there are several boat charters and bathing boat trips from the harbor in the center to several archipelago islands such as. Furholmen or Kosteröarna but also to neighboring Norway. It is also possible to rent a boat or kayak for your own exploration trips. For those interested in golf, there are several 18-hole courses in the area and right next to the villa there is access to a tennis court. Welcome to the charming Strömstad area.
