Very Rural Quiet Location

We have a large bedroom to rent, fully furnished, King size bed. Wifi. TV included. All amenities supplied. We do have cats which are out all day. We are 40 mins from Skegness and Mablethorpe, you would need transport. Here you have the best of both, the quietness, views and yet you can visit Skegness too which is alive with lovely shops, bars restaurants and more. We live on the property and are happy to serve you a cooked breakfast, evening meal if you wish or, you can help yourself to food. There is a small laundry room for your use, the bathroom is a shower only but a rainforest shower, superb for cooling off on hot days or warming yourself through on cold days. A large garden with seating is there for you to enjoy. We would allow you to smoke but NO illegal substances.
