Wonderful Stay, wish we stayed longer.

We only stayed here one night for a quick stop through West Yellowstone. It was great. The amenities were wonderful. This would be a great place to stay on a longer vacation and come back to each evening. The staff was great and the room was so clean. Thank you!!

Excellent place right outside the west Yellowstone entrance and the downtown area. Highly recommend

I loved how easy it was to pop into Yellowstone. The west entrance is the best entrance since it is closest to the most popular attractions. Loved having a kitchen supplied with everything we needed. Especially, since the restaurants in the downtown were plentiful but not great. Also enjoyed having a washer and dryer. I did all my vacation laundry before heading home. It was extremely spacious and great for a family of four with two young kids.

Wonderful Yellowstone Stay

This was a beautiful property in a perfect location. The bed was super comfy and the property was well cleaned. The kitchen was well stocked and useful since we made all of our meals at the apartment. We enjoyed the patio looking over the forest. The staff were wonderful, and Annette was a fantastic host doing all she could to make sure our stay went well.

Ideal Location and Fun Resort

We had a fantastic time at the WorldMark Resort. The room was very spacious and allowed a ton of room for our family of four. We were within walking distance of the Nordic Ski trails and all the shops and restaurants in West Yellowstone. The kids took advantage of the pool and the game room was a hit. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

The stay was fine, nothing to impressive.

The hotel didn't have any air conditioner and the room was over 90 degrees the first night, even though we had all the fans on. There was feces in the swimming pool and when we told an employee we waited around for like 30 min and no one came in to check it out, or fix it so we just left. I don't think we will be going back.

Staff is extremely good at all Worldmark resorts so I'm sure they called maintenance to care of any unfortunate accident in the kiddie pool. Those swimmer diapers aren't always the best. Ick! I think it takes hours to sanitize and clean so I'm not surprised it would take them 30 minutes to get there prepared to do the work. I will make an inquiry to be sure they always shut the pool down in the meantime by getting someone there with a no swimming sign. I'm sorry there was a major heat wave during your stay. Typical weather is more like 75 and not 90 degrees. Elevation is almost 7000 feet so there are very few days that we wish the resort had air conditioning. Opening the windows at night and closing them in the morning usually does the trick. I will suggest that the front desk ask guests to close windows and shades when they vacate to keep the heat down when it is hot outside. Just like we shut the shades on airplane windows for the next passengers to stay cool. By your 4pm check-in, it would have heated up since housekeeping may not have shut them till 3 pm. I'm glad you had a better 2nd night. You also got the last unit available because you booked last minute, which would have been the least best location. First reserved gets the best location. "Best Fit" policy. I have to book most my rooms 13 months prior to get anything at this resort because it is so popular or wait for last minute cancellations to be able to book. There is rarely a vacant room in the summer. The units are due for interior renovation in a couple months (starting in October to finish Spring 2018) so if you were to return, it would all be updated from what you saw this trip. It is truly a great place to stay! Thank you for your review and for booking through me.
