Villa Eiras Altas by Portucasa

Villa Eiras Altas is a modern, rural and spacious vacation home. It is located very quietly in the natural hilly landscape of the Eastern Algarve. The house has a swimming pool, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Around the villa, both on the first floor and upstairs, there are large terraces which give fantastic views of the green hills around. Also from the living room with its large windows, the view is amazing. The house is fully air-conditioned (hot/cold) and has floor heating on both floors. In the large living room (80m2) with an open plan kitchen is a grand piano. A perfect house for piano lovers, peace seekers and sun worshipers!

Surroundings Tavira
Total tranquility around the house as the house is only accessible via a well-travelled dirt road (1 km). Within ten minutes you are in the nearest town Santa Catarina where a small supermarket, post office and bank can be found.
Tavira, really is the nicest place in the Algarve, it is about a 20 minute drive away. From here a boat goes to the beaches off the coast.
You can also reach the beach directly by car: within half an hour you are in Manta Rota. Kilometres of beautiful sandy beach!

Lovely remote location

This is a wonderful remote location, the views are amazing! The drive to the villa, of course is along an unmade road, lots of turnings, a little bit challenging late in the day. The main bedroom is beautiful, one of the best we have stayed in, spacious,with an ensuite and a balcony with the great views. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of china, glasses and cutlery. The towels and bed linen are of excellent quality. The nearby village has everything you need, including a wonderful bakery/coffee shop. But it is necessary to go into Tavira for great meals, a picturesque town. O Tonel and La Terraze highly recommended. The couple who manage the villa were very helpful on our arrival as our flight was delayed for 3 hours. It would seem few English guests stay in the villa, so we missed not having access to any UK TV channels

Prima vakantiehuis

Dat het huis zo afgelegen ligt , er geen verkeer is , dus veel privacy biedt en op alle terrassen er regelmatig zon is alle meubels zijn comfortabel en de aanwezigheid van een vleugel is een vondst ! Ook de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien met de nodige apparatuur. Reden waarom we overwegen er volgend jaar weer gebruik van te maken. Tijdens ons verblijf - 07-17 okt.2022 was er geen warm water in de badkamer. Koud douchen was geen probleem vanwege de heerlijke temperatuur, maar toch een punt(je). De vlonders rondom het buitenbad hebben enig onderhoud nodig.

Wij hebben een fantastische week beleefd in Villa Eires Altas. Wat een plek, wat een uitzicht en wat een rust! Omgeving prachtig en alle leuke stadjes goed aan te rijden evenals de stranden. Een heerlijke ongecompliceerd vakantiehuis met veel charme

Een heerlijke ongecompliceerd vakantiehuis met veel charme, en een geweldig gelegen zwembad op een prachtige plek vinden wij Villa Eires Altas. Wij gaan dit jaar voor de tweede keer terug en verheugen ons weer enorm op deze plek in de onbedorven heuvels van de Oost-Algarve. Bart en Anne Erkelens
