Moray Beach View is an apartment with direct sea views from the main lounge and kitchen, a double bed in the master bedroom, a single day bed and a double sofa in the open plan lounge can sleep up to 6 incl. a travel cot (if hired). It has high ceilings and is bright with modern furniture and decoration. There is a bathroom with shower and bath. This apartment also boasts a large bay window enabling guests to looking out to sea.
IMPORTANT: We also take a preauthorisation for a damage/security deposit after we receive your booking (no monies are taken), but this is in addition to your booking amount. The money is held and cancelled on guests departure after we have successfully reinspected the apartment as per our terms.
One night stays are possible if we are filling a gap between guests OR you pay the 45 GBP early checkin and 45 GBP late checkout fees.
Also if you are having pets stay please select the correct number of pets at 35 GBP per pet per stay. We also offer (depending on availability early check-in and late check-out, this also can be selected by extras when booking). Please be aware we will need to adjust your booking amount if you haven't selected the correct items for all your requirements.

The apartments are situated in a Grade II listed building originally devised in 1846 by J.L. Clemence for Sir Samuel Morton Peto for the development of Lowestoft as a fashionable holiday resort, made possible by the building of the railway by Peto in 1840. A few steps from Lowestoft’s seafront promenade. A sea front apartment in one of Lowestofts’ iconic buildings.
You will be within walking distance of the sea and also of Lowestoft town centre and railway station.
Some of our apartments have direct sea views from the main lounge, kitchen and also the master bedrooms, each apartment has varying bedroom configurations have bright with modern furniture and decoration as well as a bathroom and kitchen per apartment.
Close to Pakefield, Lowestoft, Kessingland and Oulton Board. Great walks on the Suffolk coast, close to the broads and also driving distance to many beautiful churches and other East Anglian locations such as Norwich.
Rates shown are per day, but if you want stay one night there is a single night supplement - just give us a call. We offer discounts for weekly and monthly stays. We try and be as flexible with our pricing to make it cost effective for all visits from 1 to 7 persons, so please select the supplements if required to avoid further adjustment and disappointment. We offer a travel cot for hire and also we allow pets staying, again please select the supplements.
IMPORTANT: We also take a damage/security deposit of 200 GBP (increases to 250/300 GBP for groups of 4 + and/or with pets staying and more for longer stays) after we receive your booking, in addition to your booking amount, the money is held & cancelled on guests departure per our T&Cs.

Having been Trustee on boards for several charities past and current, I also have strong experience in the workings of the charity sector from top to bottom, this combined with over 22 years in the not-for-profit / charity sector I like to work for a positive and good cause, I currently still work in the not for profit sector. Having many years in commercial environments also gives me a unique prospective and the ability to see the economic drivers in different markets in the way I apply myself in the roles I take on.
In my spare time I run 5 holiday lets with one in Hastings and 4 in Suffolk. I also run two Art Galleries and enjoy gardening, walks on the beaches and travelling as much as I can. work in the not-for-profit sector and have done for over 20 years in London, but I have these apartments and one in Hastings also with sea views as a get away for my weekends, but also wanted to bring a high standard of holiday let accommodation for people.
I take pride in bringing something special to my holiday lets, both in the furniture, functional spaces and an experience worth remembering.
