Lovely sea view from the solarium, equipped with sun loungers, and with barbeque possibility. Lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. Lovely large communal pool and garden and close to golf area and Zenia boulevard (commercial center).
Nice and quiet first floor apartment with sea views, private terrace, private solarium and sun loungers available. The apartment comes with air conditioning cold or hot in all rooms.
Private garden, beautiful communal garden and great communal swimming pool (one pool separate for kids) in a quiet relaxing neighborhood.
Close to amenities, restaurants and supermarket (in walking distance).
Close to golf Villamartin, beach, Zenia shopping center.
Fees:
90 Euro for final end cleaning;
5 Euro per person for laundry (bed linen and towels)

Extra fees depending on the arrival time and to be paid prior to arrival:
35 Euro for normal check-in registration between 06:01 hr - 19:00 hrs
40 Euro for late-evening check-in between 19:01 hr - 23:00 hrs

Perfect apartment,in a lovely area,close to shops,bars and restaurants.Walk to La Zenia Boulevard in 20 minutes. Beautiful,clean, apartment ideal for 2 or 4 people.Cant comment on pool as it was out of season for swimming but the swimming pool area looked lovely.Definitely recommend.

The accommodation is very good, a quiet and very cozy place, a pleasant place to relax, with a convenient location close to the beach. The contact with the accommodation managers was very poor, rude and impolite. Before you even get in, they demand more money and threaten to turn you away. I do not recommend it for this reason.

lovely place and area

Property was very nice, all amenities you need, sunbeds on roof terrace and beds available to take to the beach was a nice touch. Property was reasonably clean and tidy although the floors needed a bit of a brush. really nice property. If I could fault the place it would be that there was no TV, I understand that you are on holiday and should not need TV but just to have an aeriel to get weather forecast would be good. Overall really nice

Property review

The property was fine, however it was clear no one had recently stayed in the apartment. The outside furniture was covered in dust and needed to be wiped down before using. The outside stairwell to the solarium was very dusty. Although the apartment was very clean, we felt some areas needed a little maintenance. Towels provided could be a better quality. No TV package available., however instructions suggest you can stream using chrome cast. I was not aware of this and I did find it difficult to stream TV programmes. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Einfach Super Wir waren 14 Tage im Haus Marcus und es war einfach super . Das Haus war komplett sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was dazugehört einfach nur top. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lage war optimal. Für Familien mit kindern war es sehr gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur paar Minuten (mit Auto) entfernt. Wir würden jederzeit nochmal im selben Haus unser Urlaub verbringen . Wir möchten uns nochmal bei den Besitzern danken für ihre ausführliche und nette Art bei Check-in . Ich kann jedem empfehlen der eine ruhige und saubere Unterkunft haben möchte .

Location très agréable

Appartement confortable, dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Bien sûr une voiture est nécessaire mais plage et commerces à moins de 10 mn. Sans oublier la jolie piscine et ses pelouses, le tout bien entretenu. Un séjour sans nuages...comme le temps !

Le propriétaire de cet annonce ne met pas toute les condition de cet annonce . Si vous reserver par abritel il vous fera signé un contract avec une cautions suplémentaire et vous débitera systématiquement ajouter 250 euros en plus !! En plus de sa jai ete surprise et ete arnaqué par les commentaire qui stipulais que le logement était propre alors que ces faux . Terrasse sale . Fenetre de chambres poussiéreuses. Mobilier de la cuisine grasse . Salle de bain avec une odeur nauséabondes. Brosse toilette repugnante . Et parlons des fourmis maintennant le propriétaire ne fait aucune revision de son logement .donc nid a fourmis au niveau des plainte sachez que vous seriez remplis de fourmis du matin jusqu'aux soir alors si vous avez un bebe qui fait du 4 pattes celui ci sera impossible de marcher tranquillement ! Vous seriez obliger de faire le ménage tout les jours. Le propriétaire pose des condition qui vont au droit humain si vous arriver 1h en retard pour la maison car cela arrive surtout si vous voyager votre vol peux avoir du retard il vous prendra 20 euros par h de retard . Il n y a que la piscines commune qui est agréables. Le propriétaire attendra de vous pour faire le ménage a sa place pour les prochain arrivant alors quil paye une societer pour faire le ménage . Les enfants ne sont pas recommander dans son logement car celui ci a du mal avec les petite trasse de doigts . Je ne recommande pas du tout cette appartement .
