Located 30 minutes from Murcia airport and 45 minutes from Alicante airport, spend a holiday in a sunny and idyllic setting.
The pool is 50 meters from the apartment, beaches about 5 minutes south facing terrace with solar blanket, three nearby golf courses, bike rides or walk along the canal and countless culinary discoveries ( Spanish restaurants, Argentinian, Asian, Indian, French). In short, a charming stay.

Superb apartment on the 1st floor, with access by stairs or elevator:

The cleaning of 70 € with "anti-covid" protocol is obligatory and includes the bed linen and the bath towels to be given on your arrival to the handing-over of the keys. The beds are made upon arrival.

The swimming pool:
Large pool (32m x 12m) with a part pataugeroire small child and a deeper part with waterfall.
Showers, large palm trees and other tropical plants make it a very relaxing area.

Purchases:
Less than ten minutes you will find the shopping center La Zenia Boulevard Oriuhela Costa (opened in September 2012), which houses 150 shops and has a large indoor and outdoor parking. Inspired Mall US Open, you will find fashion stores, telephony, DIY, household, restaurants, bars, a supermarket and a multiplex cinema.
It is open to the public from Monday to Sunday from 10h to 22h without interruption (except for the film and entertainment area and restaurant stay open later).

The area surrounding the apartment:
This place has a lot to offer both restaurants standpoint bars, closest are all within a 15 minute walk (3 minutes by car) from the apartment at a place called La Fuente.
You will also find supermarkets, bakeries, shops ...

You are not very far away from Cabo Roig, La Zenia and Villamartin ...

Not far from Las Ramblas, you can visit many famous places Murcia, Elche, Alicante, Orihuela, Cartagena.

The popular area of ​​Mar Menor is around 15 minutes by car. Many bars and restaurants offer traditional cuisine. This place is known for its lagoon and for its water temperature: 19 ° in winter.

Apartment is well equipt for cooking, full sized fridge freezer was great, plenty of books & good sports chanels on tv (winner with the teenage boys). Lovely quiet neighbourhood & felt safe. Shared pool was empty most days so had it to ourselves, (apartment provides beach towels & has a fold up bed & chair to use by the pool, although additional ones added would be useful for families to use).Would recommend car hire to explore area, canal walk looked lovely but didnt attempt in hot weather.Apartment manager was amazing, accomodating & recommended local places to visit when asked. Lovely relaxing holiday!

Home away from home

Spacious apartment, more than enough room for a family of 4. Had all the mod cons TV, washing machine and dishwasher. The pool was also good for young children as it has a gradual slope into the pool.

Great stay in Las Ramblas

Property owner Vince was brilliant and very helpful as was Julie who looks after the property. Brilliant apartment just as pictured and described, had everything you could possibly need. South facing terrace with lovely view. Almost certainly need a car unless you like walking, most things within 10 mins in the car.

Comfortable apartment

This is a wonderful apartment in a beautiful location. It is modern, spacious, and very well equiped. The balcony is spacious and provides a pleasant view over gardens and palm trees. Vince and his staff are attentive and accommodating to your needs. We have rented this apartment for 28 days and would highly recommend it.

Perfect location

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Comfy super king bed and well equipped kitchen. Ceiling fans to keep the rooms cool. Great Location on the edge of Las Ramblas, about a mile walk along the canal into the town with shops, bars and restaurants. Easy check-in with Julie and Vincent sorted out the TV quickly after a storm knocked out the signal, just in time to watch the footy!

Great summer holiday

I booked the apartment for my sons 12 & 31. The accommodation was great. The air conditioning was very much needed! The place is kitted out with everything you need for a holiday. The kitchen has cutlery pot, pans, kettle glasses, bottle opener’s etc. the washing machine came in very handy, and the balcony was lovely to sit out and enjoy. Both bathrooms have nice big showers. The pool is a short walk and perfect for a dip and a sun bathe. Their is an Aldi and plenty of shops within a 3 minute drive. Also a really nice walk along the river/canal. There are plenty of beaches to enjoy with only a short drive. Carolyn was extremely helpful with any questions I had which really helped being able to relax and enjoy our holiday 😊☀️

Nice Apartment but amenities too far without a car.

The property was very clean, well equipped and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pool area was nice but it was disappointing that it was not possible to sit by it. The description says sun loungers but we did not find any. Also slightly misleading to say the nearest amenities were a ten minute walk. It was over twenty and we are not slow walkers. To get to the beach areas you need a car and to plazas which was 10 euros each way in a taxi. The area was very peaceful and it was lovely to watch the swifts swallows and house martins from the balcony. Thanks to Tony for helping us when we were lost and for his prompt action re pool key.

Lovely Apartment

My partner and I stayed in this apartment for 6 days in October. The communication with Vince prior to departure was excellent and he even helped me find a private hire to collect and return us to the airport. The check in process was very easy. Our flight from the UK was a very early one but I contacted Carolyn and she was happy to accommodate an earlier check in time. Carolyn was very helpful during our stay and even found extra sun loungers for us. The apartment is a good size with 2 double bedrooms. It was very clean and had every appliance you could think of. It was very nice to have a huge range of English channels as we chose to stay in a few nights and just relax in the property. Vince is an excellent host. I inadvertently removed the English channels from the TV and Vince took the time to face time me to talk me through how to reprogram the TV. The pool was nice although you do have to carry your own sun loungers over. Carolyn located these for us. The apartment does have a sun terrace although we would have preferred it to be bigger. You can walk to shops bars and restaurants but it takes at least 20 minutes to walk to La Fuente. In our opinion you really do need a car to get around. Having said that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and through Vince will be returning to another property in the area next year.

Merci pour ce séjour formidable. L'appartement était impeccable, très bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons apprécié la réactivité du propriétaire à notre égard lors d'un souci avec la climatisation de la chambre. Le lendemain, tout était rentré dans l'ordre. Merci beaucoup Vincent et Carolyn qui ont super bien géré le souci. Séjourner chez vous fût un réel plaisir. Nous recommandons à 100% cette location.

Superbe appartement dans quartier résidentiel.

Que du positif. Bel appartement avec climatisation (très utile), belle terrasse dans un quartier très calme. Télévision avec chaines françaises, belges, etc. Jardins et piscine d'une propreté rarement vu. En plus un emplacement protégé pour la voiture.Seul petit point à revoir; le nombre de transats à la piscine (6), il faut de la chance pour en avoir un.

Schöne und saubere Wohnung nah am Golfplatz

Die Wohnung ist komfortabel ausgestattet und bietet aufgrund der Lage ein schnelles Erreichen diverser Golfplätze in der Umgebung. Auch schöne Strände sind in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gastronomische Vielfalt sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
