The drone image shows the area clearly, and no claim is made that the pool is directly visible from inside the house. With respect to the TV, it was functioning prior to your arrival. When you informed me of the issue, I came to check it immediately and contacted the technician the same day. Unfortunately, as he was unable to come, I contacted another one, however you must understand that during peak season service availability can be delayed. I followed up, but the timing was outside my direct control. especially if service providers are closed on weekends or you cannot get a hold of them. As for the internet, there was an unexpected provider interruption during your stay. The matter was reported immediately and temporarily restored; however, further instability required additional attention from the provider. These issues not due to neglect or lack of action. I always respond promptly to guests and do my best to resolve any matter as quickly as possible. While technical inconveniences can occasionally arise, they are never ignored. We remain committed to maintaining high standards and ensuring our guests have a wonderful stay.
