Fully equipped to dream away your days in the rolling Tuscan hills, this modern, 6-bedroom stone villa promises a serene, wholesome and memorable holiday with friends and family. Outside, the lush foliage of the private fenced garden and soothing surroundings provide the ideal holiday vibes. This is complemented by the villa’s private access pool with sun loungers as well as a rear terrace furnished with a lovely, open-air set-up to dine.

Inside, the villa has typical Tuscan features with terracotta floors and exposed-beam ceilings for an authentic stay and it is divided into 2-levels with spacious interiors for a comfortable holiday. A fireplace, DVD player with stereo system, SAT-TV, a books library and large sofas feature in the cosy living room. Meanwhile, the big, beautiful kitchen with a dining for 12 and all essential utilities offers up a great space for in-house dining for all. A dishwasher, microwave, fridge, drip coffee machine and cooker hob are available for an effortless self-catering stay.

Extra Charges
​A town tax is to be paid on the spot at €2.00/Person/Day for the first 6 days, except for guests below the age of 14. If necessary, gas for heating in winter or when needed due to the weather must be paid on the spot at a charge of €4 per M3 . Electricity is included up to the consumption of 100 KW/h per week. Above this, there is a charge of €0.45 per k/w.

Please note:
Check-in time is from 16.00-20.00 and check-out time is from 08.00-10.00. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed upon.​ A Refundable Security Deposit of € 300 must be paid in cash upon arrival at check-in. The lower level of the property, with independent access and privacy, is occupied by 2 housekeepers.

Location

The holiday villa is the perfect destination for those who want to unwind in the sweet solitude of the Tuscan countryside as well as enjoy equipped beaches and swimming opportunities at Barberino di Mugello with its blue Bilancino lake is close by (13-minute drive). The charms of Florence are also within driving distance from here (under an hour’s car drive from here) and offer a wealth of Renaissance art and architecture; from Ponte Vecchio to the Duomo, everything is well worth a visit and perfect for a day in the city.

The road leading to the rental is the normal asphalt one, however, around the property, the pathway is made of pebble stones. The nearest airport is Florence Peretola, approximately a 40-minutes drive from here.
