There is free wifi throughout and towels, linen and toiletries are provided at the beginning of your stay.

The Space:
The spacious 2 bedroom apartment has been newly decorarated with stylish touches throughout. The floor to ceiling windows in the bedrooms and living space let natural light shine through the apartment and add to the spacious feel. The open plan living space features a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need to cook meals from home, as well as a dining table to enjoy the fruits of your labour (or a takeaway!) The living space has a comfortable sofa and armchair where you can relax in front of the (smart) Tv of an evening. You can also make use of the balcony - the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine! There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The spacious bedrooms feature floor to ceiling windows, comfortable beds made up with crisp hotel linen, as well as ample storage space for clothes. There are 2 modern bathrooms with showers (and 1 bath), toilets and sinks as well as complimentary toiletries and fresh towels provided for your use. Guests also benefit from access to the communal gym in the building opposite. The building is very safe, with a dedicated concierge and 24/7 CCTV in communal areas.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the aprtment for the duration of their stay.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of York, it's just a 5 minute walk to the city centre, where you will find an array of shops, bars, restauants and historical attractions. York Minster, the largest gothic cathedral in Northern Europe and the Jorvik Viking Centre are just a 10 minute walk away, whilst York Castle Museum can be reached in just 20 minutes on foot. You are also well placed to access the historic city walls, which you can walk around and get the best view of the city free of charge. There's also an Asda and a large Morrisions supermarket just around the corner from the apartment.

Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, most areas of the city are easily explored on foot. Should you wish to rest your legs there are bus routes that service the nearby main road, and local taxi services. The main York Train Station, with links to other UK cities, is around a 25 minute walk away, or a short taxi ride.

Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay.

Hairdryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board are available.

Please note you must confirm your check in time at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.

Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00 : £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00 : £75.

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
