The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining table, TV with Sky, selection of books, and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double and a bunk room, both with en-suites. Outside there is a rear garden with lawn, decking and furniture, and off-road parking. Sorry, smoking is not permitted. You'll find a shop in 0.6 miles, a pub in 0.3 miles, and the beach in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A stairgate is available. Three Gables is the ideal base for a seascape to Cornwall.

Padstow, a charming fishing community and harbour, is only 14 miles away. A short train ride will take you to picturesque St. Ives and the Tate St. Ives gallery. Newquay is the ideal travelling base because nothing in Cornwall is far away.
