It allows a relaxed stay on the best area of the city and very close from its main touristic attractions, leisure centers and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying the beach and the sun and practising sport activities during the day, and enjoying the evening with its wide restaurant offer.

The ground floor has a main living room area with an open fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a sofa-bed, a large smart TV, and a toilet.
