Thank you Katie for sharing your review of Little Mullions. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the charm and location of the cottage, and that the fresh flowers were a welcome touch. We are sorry to learn that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Your feedback has been shared with the property owner, who sends her apologies for the inconvenience regarding the toilet paper. She has confirmed that additional toilet rolls are stored in the bathroom cupboard, as noted in the guest information folder. Regarding the Master bedroom, the bedding is new and was recently purchased. The sofa is not propped up with books, they are wooden blocks which have been discreetly added to prevent the frame from resting directly on the flagstone floor. This is both to protect the original flooring and to ensure the sofa sits level, as the property is a listed building and the flagstones are naturally uneven. For any concerns during your stay, the contact details for the property manager are included in your welcome email. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to the Cotswolds in the near future.

Thank you Katie for your review of Little Mullions. We are so glad you found the cottage to be lovely, due to the nature of the property there is only room for one bathroom as advertised. We will pass your feedback onto the property manager and hope to welcome you back to the Cotswolds.

Thank you Margaret for your review of Little Mullions. We are sorry to hear that you felt that this property was not suitable for older customers. This is a traditional Cotswold cottage with many character features including narrow and steep stairs, low beams and uneven flooring. The property is viewable on the visual display on the website. We hope that you will return to the Cotswolds soon.

Julie, we are pleased to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay. The property owner is disappointed that the issue you encountered with the shower was not reported to them during your stay even though you had contacted them to report the shortage of towels on your arrival. The cottage is located in a hard water area and unfortunately from time to time, limescale does build up in the shower head which effects the water pressure which then affects the showers’ ability to control the temperature. The property owner does keep a spare shower head in the cupboard for these occasions and they would have happily guided you to its location had you had notified them. The TV is advertised as Smart TV with Netflix (guests to use their own login details for Apps). Due to restricted space in the kitchen all table wear is kept in the dresser in the dining area. It’s great to hear that you found the village location to be nice and we do hope that you will be back to stay in the Cotswolds again soon!

Thank you Helder for your review of Little Mullions. We are delighted to hear that you found the property to be well equipped, well thought out and full of traditional features. We hope you will be back to stay again soon!

Thank you Tracey for your review of Little Mullions. We are delighted to read that you had a great weeks stay at the property. It is lovely to read that you found the property to be very clean, well equipped and you appreciated the welcome hamper on arrival. We are pleased to hear that you were able to use the local walking books provided at the property and discovered some lovely local walks and visited many nearby villages and enjoyed a meal and a drink in the local pubs and restaurants. We look forward to welcoming you to the Cotswolds soon.
