Set across two floors, this home is designed with comfort and sociable stays in mind. The open lounge with timber beams and stone fireplace is ideal for cosy evenings in. The kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals, and the garden is a sunny space for dogs or kids to run around.

Location
Just minutes from scenic walking paths and local inns, and a short drive from popular Cotswold towns. You’ll find farm shops, antique stores, and tea rooms nearby. The area is peaceful, so you’ll need a car, but the views and charm make it worthwhile.

- Clean up after pets
- To help prevent moisture build-up and mould, please ensure bathrooms are properly ventilated after showering. Please leave the extractor fan running for approximately 30 minutes.

Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).
- We require guests to provide a valid ID and a security deposit of £200. This helps us ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone.
- The deposit is fully refundable after check‑out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Extra Charges
- Pet fee: £25 per pet (maximum 2 pets)
- Optional hot tub add-on: A Lazy Spa hot tub can be added for £250 per stay, purchased after booking is confirmed. 48 hours’ notice is required, and it will be filled with fresh water for your arrival.
