Lovely break

We had a lovely break at the caravan. We travelled as two families. The caravan is little run down, but it doesn't matter. It was clean and that was the main thing. Location is great for visit to Clacton and Colchester. The check in and check out process was really straight forward. Would highly recommend.

Disappointed

Caravan had not been cleaned very well, window damaged could not close, nothing to clean with I.e broom or dustpan and brush. Spoon used for illegal substances found under bed. Outside area of caravan entrance littered with cigarette butts. Could feel the springs through the mattress

Dear Anna, we are sorry that there were areas of the property that had been overlooked during the turnaround clean prior to your arrival. I appreciate you allowing the cleaning and maintenance company the opportunity to return during your stay and put things right for you, I do hope the outcome was to your satisfaction and the goodwill gesture you received made up for any disappointment your experienced. Thank you again for your valued feedback, we do hope you had a great stay, despite the points raised. Kind regards The 2cHolidays Team
