With views over the sea and a couple of mins to the beach
Lighthouse lodge is a 3 bedroom Maisonette with Sea Views, with modern full Chef kitchen and laundry facilities. Bedrooms are doubles and sleeps six persons. Bedroom one is ground floor with ensuite toilet/washroom, Bedroom two and Bedroom three are upstairs with Sea views, king size beds that converts into two singles, Modern family Bathroom with a multi shower over a shower bath with toilet and wash handbasin. The kitchen/diner has all the modern appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, just to name a few. Just a few minutes walk to the Beach and promenade with its outstanding Beach and Sea views. No car is necessary as its close to Dovercourt town with shops, pubs, restaurants, takeaways

Lovely place to stay

Place was very clean, modern furnishings and fittings . Lovely sea views from 2 upper back rooms. Quiet serene location. Couple minutes walk from the beach. Would highly recommend. However, need to mention it probably isn't suitable for anyone with mobility issues as access was via a very steep set of stairs.

We were 100% satisfied! First the house messaged us to say we can check in one hour before official time. The host responded our request of turning on heating for longer and winter quilts. Our requests were met without delay. The house is few steps away from the beach which is very nice! All in all. A very pleasant stay! Thanks!

What a lovely place to stay! Impeccably clean, modern up-to-date furnishings and fittings. All for a reasonable price too. Has everything we wanted....and more. Lovely sea views from 1st floor windows at the back of the house. Only couple minute's walk from the promenade and beach. Quiet peaceful location. Housekeeping/manager very helpful and went out of their way to sort out the couple of small issues we had. A real find. Would highly recommend. However, really need to say this may not be appropriate for anyone with mobility issues as the property is only acccessed by a set of very steep stairs.

The overall impression of our stay, was the premises were lovely but needs alot of tlc. The garden needs tidying up. There was a very distinctive smell of diesel outside of the property which was quite off putting.
