Outdoors and swimming pool
The property has a large outdoor area (7000 sq. m.) which is completely fenced. In the garden in front of the villa guests will find the swimming pool in a quiet location, measuring 6 metres by 12 with a depth of 1.4m. The pool is surrounded by a bathing area with sunbeds, beach umbrellas and a shower with cold water. Guests will also find a large furnished loggia with table and chairs for outdoor meals. In the garden behind the villa, there is a second area equipped with tables and chairs for dining, a stone work barbecue and a wood burning oven for pizzas. The outdoor areas are completed by a ping pong table, various children’s games and a small football field. Parking within the property. The ground floor entrance leads to the living room with a double sofa bed, a large satellite TV, a dining area, a large and well-equipped cooking area with direct outdoor access, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 double bedrooms.

The small villa is in a calm location in a plain, immersed in countryside without being too isolated. There is a small town 1 km away with various services. The motorway is also easy to reach. The property is surrounded by fields.
