LAYOUT: Villa CORASOL has a Mediterranean style and is distributed over two floors. We access the villa through an entrance located on the upper floor that gives us access to a large space formed by the dining room, the living room and the kitchen. The living room consists of two armchairs, a three-seater sofa, a coffee table and a television. Just behind is the wooden dining table surrounded by several chairs. Close to this space there is a very comfortable armchair to relax in a moment of intimacy. The independent kitchen is located to the left of the dining room with all the necessary elements and appliances to prepare fantastic meals. On this floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed each, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower. On the same floor there is a toilet. Access to the lower floor is via the external staircase from the main terrace. On entering, we find a third bedroom with a double bed and a toilet. This villa has a private flat which completes the fourth bedroom of the property. It has a double bed and a bathroom with shower along with a basic kitchen.

EXTERIOR: The villa has a large parking space for several vehicles. The garden of the villa CORASOL is colorful, spacious and full of local flora. The swimming pool is surrounded by several sun loungers available to guests. In this space there are several chill out areas where you can enjoy a refreshing drink with your friends and/or family, and on the terrace on the upper floor you will have access to a dining table with views of the surroundings.

SITUATION: The CORASOL villa is located on the heights of Moraira where the atmosphere is very pleasant in the middle of nature and in peace. The view is beautiful and the surroundings are very peaceful. The villa is located in a residential and quiet area. The beach is 5 minutes by car as well as all amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and all water activities.
