Great villa and good location, not a far walk to the centre of Moraira but the walk back to the villa up a steep hill is not the easiest (I think it was 1.8km)The pool is lovely as is the outside area and the villa is very clean. The tile stairs need to take extra care, particularly if the kids have been in the pool as with tile they can get slippy.It was lovely there is air con in the main living area amd 2 bedrooms, the other 3 bedrooms all had ceiling fans

Great outside space

Great location, outside space and communication with owner. Inside living room is very small (to accommodate 3 downstairs bedrooms) but didn’t matter as spent most of our time outside which was lovely.

A happy end for 2023 in Moreira

We closed the 2023th year with our family in a very pleasant place. We spend a very good time and every one enjoyed it. All my best.

Wonderful villa in a quiet area

Booked this for a two week stay in August 2023. The owners are very helpful and sorted a couple of issues we encountered on the first two days very promptly. Well maintained house in a nice quiet area. You will be grateful for the air con / fans if you go in the summer months. It could only do with some work to improve the stairs that lead to the first floor as they won’t be suitable for people with mobility issues but there’s plenty other rooms downstairs. All in all, we hope we can go back in the near future! Thank you again to Marisa for everything!

Amazing villa

This villa was everything we expected and more! The villa is completely private and in a very quiet area which is perfect for a family holiday. We took my gran who is 83 with no disabilities, and found it very easily accessible for her, for example there is a bedroom with an en-suite on the bottom floor of the villa, however a few steps up to the villa from the driveway but manageable. There were adequate sunbeds and seating areas outside around the pool, also seating area in shade which is again perfect for families/large groups. Inside the villa is beautiful, air conditioned throughout, apart from the downstairs bedrooms (but they have got fans), kitchen is very well equipped, has everything you need, the villa has an upstairs and downstairs bathroom which is super handy! The views from the villa balcony are lovely, especially when there is a sunset😍 we highly recommend booking this villa for a perfect family holiday - Marisa was very friendly and approachable, any little things we needed dealing with were dealt with immediately. A couple of negative things I would mention is that the bottom of the pool was very slippery, especially on the slope down to the deeper end, the stairs up to the bedrooms are a very awkward shape and size, and the when the floor gets slightly wet it is extremely slippery! But, overall, an absolutely fantastic week and will definitely return!

Perfecte lokatie en mooi huis met groot zwembad

Mooi huis met groot zwembad. Voldoende kamers. Alle keukenapparaten goed en nieuw. Fijne bbq. Jammer in slaapkamers beneden geen airco. Fan aan plafond gaf verkoeling! Fijn en snel contact met eigenaar. Dicht bij winkels en strand! Padel karten etc genoeg te beleven
