Casa Giova: brightful apartment near Gianicolo

Casa Giova is a quiet apartment of about 60 sqm, a great choice for 2 guests who want to explore Rome while staying in a less touristy, relaxing area rich in greenery and history. That's the heart of Monteverde Vecchio: one of Rome’s most beautiful residential neighborhoods, just a short distance from Trastevere and well connected to the city center and all major attractions.

The apartment is very bright, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The fully fitted kitchen including is practical and perfect for longer stays as well.

The living room features a sofa where you can relax in front of a smart TV with Prime Video included, as well as a four-seat dining table. Bathed in natural light from the balcony, it also serves as a comfortable workspace for smart working or the perfect spot to enjoy a meal together.

Heating is centralized, and air conditioning (hot/cold) is available in both rooms.

The balcony is furnished with a small table where you can have breakfast or dinner. A washing machine is also available on the balcony.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, with elevator access from the ground floor.
