Summary:
Enjoy a quick break or a longer term stay in Porto Raftis, located 15 minutes drive from Athens Airport and 45 minutes from Athens city centre by car. The house is in a prime neighbourhood of Porto Raftis, at an elevated position, overlooking the bay. You can walk 10 minutes to the beach or drive in 1 minute! It is a 3 level house with a) 2 bedrooms and main bathroom at the top floor with large veranda and great sea view b) Kitchen, dining area (indoor/outdoor), large veranda with sea view and guest bathroom c) lower floor with laundry area, sofa bed and bathroom with shower. Central heating & private parking.
The Space:
The house is located at a very quiet street, at an elevated position overlooking Porto Raftis bay. A designated private parking space next to the entrance serves our guests. The house is divided in three floors
Upper floor: main bedroom with queen bed and ample storage, second bedroom with 2 single beds and ample storage, bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms benefit from access to the top floor balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee in privacy.
Mid floor: fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room with fireplace and guest bathroom. The living room has access to the mid floor veranda with large dining table and magnificent sea view in contrast to the old pink bougainvillea tree.
Lower floor: this floor houses the central heating, laundry room and a sofa bed. There is also a small bathroom with shower and access to the parking area.
Guest Access:
Out guests have full access to the whole house except from a small room in the ground floor where personal items are stored.
The Neighborhood:
Porto Rafti is a seaside resort town in East Attica, 15 min drive from Athens airport and 45 minutes drive from Athens city centre. It is a bustling town during the summer months and remains a weekend destination during the winter months due to the easy access from Athens.
There is a large variety of restaurants and grocery shopping.
