Wi-Fi and a fire stick. 5 min walk to Marina and 8 mins to beaches. 3 bedrooms (2 with king size beds and 1 with 2 single beds or super king when pushed together.) Shower rooms upstairs and downstairs. Washing machine, dishwasher and modern Kitchen.

It was great to have some groceries on arrival - always appreciated. The apartment is spacious with fabulous views. It’s probably unusual for people to visit in January, but the apartment was really cold. It doesn’t get daytime sunshine so by evening it was really chilly. The living room/dining room is open plan so the (noisy) a/c heater wasn’t able to cope. This will not be a problem in the Summer months, but outside of those, you need a duvet and lots of extra heaters. Other than that, the apartment is very well stocked and within walking distance to the port and its many restaurants & bars. In warm weather, there are 2 spacious terraces to enjoy the view.

I have just returned home from a lovely stay at Paul’s apartment - I have to say it is the best apartment I have ever stayed in. The balcony was large and looked straight onto the marina and the coast - the beds were comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the walk down to the coast - we are hoping to return again next year!

Fabulous stay with our family (4 adults, 2 children). Plenty of space & fully equipped. Children loved the pool area & only steps away from the front door. Amazing views from the top balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Family holiday

First time booking through VRBO, it was simple to contact host and Paul was very quick at answering any questions I had about the apartment. The apartment is surprisingly big which was great with 4 adults and 2 children as we weren’t on top of each other. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Location was perfect for us as it’s a short walk to the port and we knew the area so was expecting the hilly walks home! Would highly recommend! Thanks Paul!

Lovely View and Great Host

Host was very helpful and gave us ideas of where is good to visit. Being a trip in February with our teenage daughter, having the option of Netflix and Amazon Prime was great for the colder evenings. The house is clean and spacious and Paul had ensured the downstairs bedroom was kept warm with a heater. We explored the local area including Cartagena and Murcia but Mazzaron is a lovely harbour and beach, very quiet in February.

A short stay in November

We were looking at different areas in Spain so the property suited us nicely for this area of Murcia. The view from the terrace is definitely wonderful but it's a shame that the terrace gets no sun during November.
