プエルトデマザロンの中心部に最近改装されたヴィラ。 プロパティは、大きなスイミングプール、街のマリーナ、ショップ、レストラン、素晴らしいビーチから徒歩数分の安全なゲートコミュニティの一部です。 家族連れに最適です。
2階には6人用の寝室が3室あります。 メインベッドルームにはダブルベッドと楽しいバルコニーがあります。 2番目のベッドルームにはツインベッドがあり、3番目に二段ベッドがあります。 シャワーとトイレ付きのシャワールームには、タイル張りの広い散歩があります。 全てのベッドルームにワードローブと収納スペースがあります。
所有者は寝具、ヘアドライヤー、室内用タオル、ビーチ用タオルを用意しています。
1階には広々としたラウンジがあり、そこからリアテラスへと続いています。 石のバーベキューのあるフロントテラスには設備の整ったキッチンがあります。 洗面台とトイレ付きのタイル張りの洗面所があります。

Well equipped house with good outdoor space.

Well equipped house with plenty of outdoor space in a quiet area. Well situated for shops, restaurants and beaches. Nicely furnished and comfortable. Communication with the owner was good. We were there in January and, although there were wall mounted heaters in the main living space, it was still a bit chilly on some nights. Despite this it was a great place to stay. Just remember to pack,an extra jumper if you visit in the winter!

Alojamiento estupendo, exteriores jardín y piscina todo muy limpio y bien cuidado, todo la vecindad respetan las normas y horarios de descanso un estupendo sitio para ir con niños ya que dispone de piscina infantil. La urbanización está situada en buena zona nosotros íbamos andando a todos sitios. El propietario de la casa una persona muy atenta, siempre contesta a tus mensajes con rapidez y soluciona cualquier problema o duda.

La casa no está exactamente igual que en las fotos, ni tiene todos los servicios que se anuncian. Esta un poquito más deteriorada y necesita algunos arreglos y un poco más de limpieza, pero para un fin de semana está bien.

Brilliant holiday

The whole experience from start to finish was faultless. The villa was lovely, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The whole complex was very well maintained and the pool was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Highly recommended

Good Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this accommodation.It's close to all amenities,shops,restaurants and bars.The port was only a 10 minute walk which was lively and bustling.Our favourite restaurant was Palenque and we enjoyed Faro 49 ice cream parlour and cocktail bar which had beautiful views of the port. The downside of the accommodation was the 3rd bedroom did not have air conditioning and also the pool shuts every day between 3.30pm-5.30pm for siesta and no chairs,sunbeds or inflatables allowed at the pool. All in all a lovely stay.

2nd Trip - will be back again!

This is the second time we've have stayed at Christine & Tim's property and we will booking to return as soon as we're back home. Location is spot on and the house, pool and surrounding grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The beach with lots of activities for the kids (train ride into Belneuvo, large inflatable in the sea, pedalos etc) is literally a stroll away. Across our two trips we've never had a bad meal out and love all the local restaurants especially Viggos! Would 100% recommend both the area and property.

A perfect stay in this gorgeous Spanish town.

I visited this delightful property in late September. As well as having everything we needed (and more!), we were blown away with how perfect the location was. You are positioned a few minutes walk from the town, including beaches, markets, bars, restaurants, bus station and a three minute walk from the famous Sunday Market, perfect for stocking up on fresh local produce. The property is bright, clean and has everything you could possibly need. We ate our home-cooked meals out in the handy back terrace, and even had a BBQ one night in the front terrace. We also had coffee on our bedroom balcony in the mornings, that has a lovely view of the surrounding properties/gardens. The pool was perfectly clean and maintained and there was a lovely atmosphere there throughout the day. We spent our time relaxing and the pool, exploring Puerto de Mazarrón (which has plenty of interesting nooks and crannies), enjoying the local beaches, renting bicycles and cycling along the coast, and visiting the local historic town of Cartagena. Transportation to Cartagena was very easy - we caught the bus which took just under an hour, the bus station being a few minutes walk from the property, and leaves every couple of hours. Whilst in Cartagena we visited the Naval Museum (€3 entry fee and very interesting/interactive), visited the ancient Roman Theatre museum and also spent some time shopping. The local restaurants and bars in Puerto de Mazarron itself were fantastic and we felt spoilt for choice trying to decide where to go! Our favourites were Leonardo's Italian and La Pera Chica (Tapas), and for drinks - Faro 49 and La Cumbre (incredible views in both). We'll definitely be coming back to this little gem!

Great Villa, location, pool and amenities

Very easy to get to from Murcia airport. The villa is easily connected and within walking distance to all shops and a great Sunday market with local produce and crafts. It’s easily connected but just far enough out that you’re not in the bustle of the town and able to really relax in the great pool. The villa has a bbq on one of its 3 outdoor spaces, which we took advantage of with the food from the local market. It also has some amazing restaurants and bars within close walking distance. I would definitely recommend El Faro (an amazing cocktail and ice cream bar on the hill overlooking Puerto de Mazzaron) especially in the evening at sunset. It was only around 6 EUR return to travel to Cartagena the main city close to Mazzaron, from the bus station which was a 5 minute walk from the villa, overall the journey was 59 mins each way through the hills surrounding Mazzaron. In Cartagena we visited the Roman Theatre and the Maritime Archeological Museum, which had a display on a very old wreck, which coincidentally the original lies just meters out from one of the beautiful beaches in Puerto De Mazzaron. There are also great shops and bars to enjoy too. Next time we visit we will definitely hire bikes from one of the three bike hire shops close to the villa and head out to the other beaches and towns close to Mazarrón. With so much variation on things to do, the villa is well located in a beautiful town. Allowing you to head out and explore or just sit by the pool in the complex and just relax in peace.

Mazarron Villa

We had a great week at this villa. The complex is quiet and has a great pool area. The villa was very clean and had everything you could need for a great stay. It is situated very close to the harbour and beach. The resort has plenty of bars and shops.

Beautiful

The villa was very spacious and well equipped with everything we needed . It was clean,comfortable and homely with a Spanish feel. The pool area was beautiful and the pool itself was very warm. Only 10min walk to the beautiful harbour with plenty of bars and restaurants to either sit and relax with a coffee or drink and watch the world go by,or enjoy some fabulous food at very reasonable prices. There is so much to do and see .We only went for z week but have booked to go again in Sept. Totally loved it .

The villa is in a secure gated development which is very safe. It is on a quite road very near to the town centre . There is a huge pool which can only be used by people staying in the development. There is a sunny terrace at the back of the villa which leads to the pool and a terrace at the front with a stone BBQ
There are shops and restaurants very close by and also a tennis club. Every Sunday there is a street market nearby where you can buy food and all types of clothing at great prices. During the week there is a large indoor market which is a short walk away. Next to this market is the bus terminal where you can get a bus to most towns in Murcia,
If you want to go into the town centre, the marina or the beach its about 5 minutes walk. The restaurants around the marina are very good and cater for everyone.
The villa is an ideal place for families because of its location and the pool. If you want to eat out there are many restaurants and cafes which are not expensive. You dont need to hire a car because most amenities are walkable. There are some really good supermarkets nearby and good places to hire bikes.
