In front of the Residence there is a very long bicycle and pedestrian path that allows you to reach both locations and above all the beach \"La Zattera\" which is only 600 metres away.
The flat is located in a Residence with a shared garden and a large shared outdoor swimming pool and guarantees a totally relaxing stay.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a living room with sofa bed for 2 persons and smart TV, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet and washing machine.
Terrace with table and chairs accessed from both the living room and the bedroom.
Free wifi and 2 sunbeds are available.
Suitable for two adults and two children up to 12 years or for three adults and one child up to 12 years. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of June 2025 to the 15th of October 2025
