Air conditioning, IPTV (access to all channels from around the world in their original languages), WiFi, and new appliances from top brands complete this wonderful space, where careful design and high-quality materials have been employed.



The Loft Suite Apartment is located within the historical center on Calle Mayor. It\'s the ideal location in the heart of Denia\'s old town. It\'s in a recently renovated private building consisting of four separately luxuriously furnished apartments on three floors accessible by an elevator.



Common areas include a laundry room. The entire building is very energy-efficient thanks to solar panels for self-consumption.



Calle Mayor is currently a pedestrian street with limited access to traffic, a traditional place full of charming corners and all the flavor and history of Denia. The neighbors are mostly native Denia residents, with a calm and friendly way of life.



The Loft Suite Apartment is just a few minutes\' walk from Calle Loreto, where there is a wide range of dining options.



It is also very close to Calle Marques de Campo, the town\'s main promenade that connects with the Port of Denia.



It\'s easy to find parking within 500 meters, and it\'s possible to stop in front of the accommodation to drop off luggage without any issues.



Environment



The nearest beach, Punta Raset, is just a 15-minute walk away, with a beach bar and facilities for children. For those looking for convenience, the Port of Denia and this beach have ample parking.



The nearby Port of Denia also offers all the entertainment and dining options with its summer terraces and nightclubs.



Boat rental companies, jet skis, and multi-adventure activities also concentrate here in the Port. A trip to Ibiza or Formentera with Balearia is also a great plan when you\'re in Denia, thanks to the Fast Ferries.
