Thank you for your review. It is nice to read that you enjoyed the holiday and the terrace. The stairs to the street side of our stairwell are steep. Luckily it's not that many stairs. The stairs are there because the complex is slightly higher than the street level. You can always use the other stairs on the other stairwells. Some are less steep but then there are sometimes a little more. This way you can also easily go in different directions for walks. At the main entrance you also have a sloping surface, for wheelchairs or prams, without stairs. Kind regards.

Thank you for your review. Even in the summer, the pool area is rather quiet. Probably because many people go to the beach nearby. Excessive noise is being controlled by the lifeguards in the summer season. About the Wifi issue: The wifi is arranged by the community, so we don't have influence on the speeds. Unfortunately the internet speeds in Spain are very slow (and expensive) compared to other countries in Europe (200Mb/s in our village), but for most people on holiday, this is not a big issue. With the new European regulations, if absolutely necessary, there is always the use of 4G which most people have these days. However, this year, finally a fiber connection is possible in Denia, and the community has decided to hire such a connection for the community internet. We expect ( and hope ) that this will give faster speeds in the future. Anyway, thank you for your kind words, and we hope we can welcome you again in the future (when the wifi is improved ;-)

Wat leuk om te horen dat het verblijf goed is meegevallen. Het terras is zeker heerlijk, door de zuidelijke ligging kan de zon in de wintermaanden een warm gevoel brengen. We hopen u in Denia terug te mogen verwelkomen.

Merci pour votre avis. Les remarques peuvent toujours être communiquées directement à la personne de contact afin qu'elles puissent être résolues immédiatement si possible. De nouveaux lits sont fournis. Ceux-ci sont placés en basse saison. Il y a en effet beaucoup de calcaire dans l'eau. Après tous les 4 à 5 mois, celui-ci est retiré des robinets. Ceux-ci ont été nettoyés ou remplacés fin avril. En raison du temps très chaud et de la climatisation réglée à un niveau bas, les climatiseurs doivent travailler très dur et cela entraîne inévitablement plus de bruit. En Espagne il est recommandé de ne pas régler la climatisation en dessous de 25gr à 27gr en été.
