Villa Barmel II is located in the small village of Vintijan, near Pula.

It takes 5 minutes by car to reach the beach "Pješčana Uvala".

The store "Studenac Market" is 1.4 km from the villa, and the larger supermarkets "Plodine" and "Lidl" are only 2.2 km away. "Kolijevka kruha" is one of the most famous bakeries in this area and is located only 1.5 km from Villa Barmel II.

"Konoba Boccaporta" (1.4 km) and "Restoran Lanterna" (1.6 km) are two great restaurants in the area.
