The house was just as described. The owners were very responsive to my questions before check in. We stayed over Thanksgiving and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to make dinner. Great property, we would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed this cozy and clean home while in the springs visiting family. This 3 bedroom home was exactly what we needed. Much more comfortable for a week long stay than a hotel! Hope to stay again next summer.

Family vacation!We have 3 kids under 10. After exploring all day this place was perfect for a grill out and unwind on the patio. The family room down stairs great for movie night. It was clean and check in/out was effortless.

Nice location and very peaceful neighborhood. Deer just roam around the neighborhood and enjoy eating the grass in the front yards. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Located very close to The Garden of the Gods. Approximately a 10min drive. House had everything we needed for a pleasant stay ッ

Nice quiet neighborhood

We loved seeing the neighborhood deer, and my kids really liked having their own rooms on a trip. We enjoyed our stay in the house very much, and price was right. My daughter wants to come back to Colorado Springs sometime, and she says she wants us to rent the same house - a ringing endorsement from a discerning teenager!

Great communication, home juat as described. Owner was very responsive with the only issue we had. Great location for couples, adults or families with children- as there is a nice park close by.

Nice home in a cute, quiet neighborhood

The home was just as described. It was clean and comfortable for my family of 4. We were visiting my sister who lives on the AF Base so it was close to her and everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and safe. There was a park right up the road that the kids loved going to each evening. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Colorado Springs. The only thing that would make it better is a king bed in the master bedroom.

The house was very nice, clean and well stocked. Only suggestion would be to maybe have a couple throw blankets available while setting in tv family area. Just a personal preference as the ac vent is placed in the ceiling. Overall nice place, great location, was there over 4th of July holiday and very quiet, comfortable area!

Nice house, close to everything

Well kept property in a nice qiuet neighborhood. Dena, our host, was easy to communicate with. My sister and I did a lot of sightseeing and shopping. Had a wonderful time in Colorado Springs.
