Our spacious craftsman has a large lot with a long driveway and street parking. The home is newly remodeled with a beautiful open concept living room and kitchen. Two bedrooms with queen beds are upstairs while the basement holds the laundry area, a large family room and the main bedroom with two twin beds.

The description and pictures are accurate. The kitchen is well stocked with all the things you need if you like to stay in and cook for some meals. The coffee bar is well stocked. The kitchen pantry door is fun. The front porch swing is great to sit on for morning coffee or the sunset. The home is in a great location and easy to get into Old Colorado City, downtown, Garden of the Gods and all the other highlights of the area! The host responds quickly.

Wonderful!

I don't think the photos do this house justice! It was beautiful, there was plenty of room for us, and the location is incredible! It's right off the highway so a short drive to downtown or a short jaunt to Manitou Springs/Garden of the Gods. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again!

Excellent house and location for a college spring break group. Kitchen had all of the amenities needed to cook and serve meals and we had a good cookout on the back deck.

What a great house in a quiet neighborhood in the coolest part of Colorado Springs. Thank you Jami and Jimmy for a very comfortable stay. The house had all we needed and more. We have 3 children and love hiking, hot springs, our town and surrounding area. I am a native of Colorado Springs so I am always available to answer any questions about the area or recommend good, food, fun and local history.

Our home is newly remodeled and in the best neighborhood in Colorado Springs. I am biased, of course, but we do have the nicest and most caring neighbors. We love the immediate area around our home and spend most of our time off enjoying the many beautiful outdoor attractions only minute away.
