The main villa has 12 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, 2 dining rooms, 4 living rooms, 1 kitchen and a party room in the basement. The principal bedrooms all have superior quality, six-foot-wide double beds, en suite bath or shower rooms, and are air-conditioned and double-glazed and mosquito screens on the windows. Additionally, there is a shared 'dorm' area that can sleep up to 4 kids/ teenagers.There are many gracious reception room including a formal dining room with a long table seating 36.There is a huge swimming pool, a tennis court, pizza oven, and the best fibre optic WIFI.There is plenty of parking, too; enough for 30 cars.
The historic chapel, “Oratorio dell'Annunziata”, was designed by the famous Lucchese architect Lorenzo Nottolini. It seats 120 and has a grand piano, wonderful acoustics and looks out onto the beautiful mountains.It is the perfect setting for wedding vows, or a concert which we can arrange. In addition, there are many other beautiful settings around the grounds, including a lemon garden as alternative sites for your events.
The farmhouse is independent of the main villa and has 4
double rooms, 1 triple room, 5,5 bathrooms, 1 dining room, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and a terrace with pizza oven.
When you rent the villa for your wedding you get exclusive rental of the whole property and accommodation for at least 33 of your guests.

Just south of Lucca, in Vorno, the villa is situated 30 minutes drive from Pisa airport and train station, 35 minutes from Forte dei Marmi on the coast, and 1 hour from the heart of Florence, the villa offers a unique combination of easy international access, country atmosphere and proximity to the historical and cultural delights of Tuscany.
Dining
A full-time chef and house staff can take care of meals and breakfast by request in advance. Of course, plenty of outdoor dining spaces in summer. We love dining under the stars, by the pool, or under the wisteria.
Activities:
Activities, Onsite: there is a floodlit Astroturf tennis court, a pool table, huge swimming pool, and table tennis. It’s a great area for jogging, biking.
Offsite attractions – The beautiful walled city of Lucca with its excellent shopping and restaurants is less than ten minutes drive from the villa. Pistoia, Bagni di Lucca, Barga, the Garfagnana, San Gimignano, Siena, Vinci and the fashionable beach resort of Forte dei Marmi – are all within an hour’s drive. We can arrange gastronomic tours, opera and many other activities.
