Charming home near most Santa Fe attractions

The property is great and especially nice if you have a dog since there is a fenced in area for them. The VRBO listing doesn’t have the map pin correct when we booked but the property manager is updating it and dealing with them was super easy.

Comfortable master bedroom w/bathtub only bath with smaller second bedroom & hallway bath w/shower. (Great water pressure in shower, too.) Nice benefit to have reliable Wi-Fi and free TV service with multiple channels. Kitchen was well-equipped w/nice appliances. Cute porch to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air while resting up before the next excursion. If I were to find one thing to say to balance this very positive review, it would be that the lighting could be better/brighter throughout the home for nighttime/early morning hours. The management company was responsive & pleasant when our smoke detector’s battery was low and started beeping. Overall, I would highly recommend this as a Santa Fe stay decision.

I shared this as a base camp with my son-in-law while visiting the Santo Domingo Corn Dance and Bandelier National Monument and enjoying our evenings on Santa Fe Plaza and surrounding neighborhood. A first class experience all around.

Great house but location isn't as shown on website

This was a lovely house. Well appointed. I chose it based on the location on the map in VRBO which was not at all accurate. It was over a mile away from where the map indicates. That was a big issue for me given that was the basis for the selection of this property. I was traveling with someone with limited mobility. I wanted to be within walking distance of the railyard. The VRBO map put it within a block of the railyard. It is in fact over a mile to the railyard which was something she could not accomplish.That said, the location it is in was safe and comfortable. The driveway is very small and you have to turn your car around so you don't have to back out onto a very busy street with blind corners. It was about an 8-point turn in a sedan to turn around. It would be impossible if there were two cars. I left a messages for the property manager a couple of times and never received any response. That was disappointing.

Cute and great location

We enjoyed our stay at the Clementine House. We were greeted with fresh flowers and lots of magazines. The best part was the beautiful bathtub! We also enjoyed spending time on the front porch and we really appreciated the fenced dog-run behind the home.

Reviewer Comments: The soaking tub would not hold water, Parking was difficult unless you want to back out your car into a busy street, The box springs squeak when ever you roll over, Three of the nights the wind caused the metal flashing on the roof to howl all night, No door on the back bathroom, Disposal broken, Salt and pepper shakers empty, almost a mile walk to the plaza. The unit was very clean with nice linens, good washer/dryer, the back yard was large and secure for our dogs, great assortment of kitchen utensils and a work nice propane grill in the back, lots of hot water from tankless system with good water pressure.

Great little house!

Cute old adobe house. Bathrooms and kitchen nicely updated. Lovely claw foot tub for soaking. Plenty of hot water and good air conditioning. Low ceilings but nice light through windows. Close to everything but I wouldn’t consider things walking distance. Bedding towels etc all nice and plenty of them. Close to a road. You can hear traffic if just reading etc but if music, tv, or fans are on you don’t notice it. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean , comfortable and close to downtown

We enjoyed our stay. It was on a fairly busy road, but that never was a problem. Friendly neighbors , and ability to walk to plaza from there was nice. Not a short walk, but easier than finding parking on a busy weekend. Easy communication with host.
