Perfect place for our family to stay (two couples). This clean and comfortable casita was walking distance to old town and the local market making it ideal for us.

Sister Trip to Santa Fe

The property is amazing & within a short walk of so many sites, about a 10 minute walk to the Plaza area, etc.The unit was amazing in decor, comfort, location and amenities. Very clean, fully stocked with towels, toiletries, etc.

All the little details

My partner and I do a fair amount of traveling as of late and he remarked that this was the nicest place pace we’ve stayed at because of all the special little details. We loved the patios and the neighborhood was fairly quiet. Would definitely stay there again!

Very Nice Condo

Loved this condo! Plenty of room and privacy for two couples or family with 2 children. Just as shown in the photos and accurately described. Nice small back patio with flowering plants. Very clean. Location was very convenient to head off in all directions. Can walk to the plaza in 20 minutes but really too hot to do it twice. Kitchen was ok but cabinets and drawers need a redo and we missed some kitchen essentials. Few stains on the upstairs carpet but overall terrific and would book again.

Lovely, comfortable home

Beautifully decorated, comfortable, quiet, and close to everything we wanted to see in Santa Fe. We never heard the neighbors but there is a bit of traffic noise in the smaller bedroom. Well-stocked kitchen, charming bathrooms, and access to two patios made this the perfect place to stay.

Great location, cute place

Historic and cute. Can walk to just about anything. Good size bedrooms… Hosts left food and cosmetic goodies which was a generous treat. Supplies were pretty good, but only 3 wine glasses. We are older and there is a small step from dining to living area, steps to 2nd floor, and a small step coming Out of the 2nd bdrm to the hallway bath. Those small steps can be a killer. Parking for a large truck is tight but worked out. We enjoyed ourselves here. Thx

Great rental

Great location. Very clean. Things like laundry detergent, paper towels, dish liquid, trash bags etc. provided. Nice welcome wine and snacks, and coffee. Also bathroom toiletries in all bathrooms. Perfect for two couples . Would highly recommend.

Good for walkability

Loved location; walked easily to Canyon Road & downtown. Right off Old Santa Fe Trail but quiet and felt secluded. Two large bedrooms (up rather steep stairs, for those with limited mobility). Appreciated air-conditioning, since the week was warm at our visit. Two Casitas manager easy to reach & responded immediately. I would add lighting to master bedroom, which has only two small bedside lamps that are not sufficient for reading. And master bedroom mattress has rather deep hollows and should be replaced.

Great stay!

The home was lovely. There were snacks for us to enjoy upon arrival and we had everything we needed. They gave great directions to find parking, but the spaces were a bit tight. It was close to everything we wanted. Would definitely stay there again.

Home away from home

This house has everything you need to feel at home…thoughtful kitchen supplies, thirsty bath towels, and toiletries which include lip balm. My sister and I spent the weekend here and walked to the plaza several times. There are 2 private outdoor seating areas and an easy dedicated parking area. We would stay here again!

Perfect Location

Beautiful two bedroom decked out in very tasteful Southwest style decor. All the expected amenities and all very clean. Close to the action, only minutes to town center, but very quiet and restful inside. Restaurants and shops minutes away. Easy parking. Great stay!!

Great Couples / Girls' Weekend Getaway

This property was one of the best we've rented in a while. It was on the right side of town for us, we were able to get not only to the art district but also to hikes (& Ten Thousand Waves) quickly. It met the basics -- clean, well-appointed, comfortable furniture, everything in working order -- and then some. What I especially loved was that this had great natural light AND it was warm/cozy without being small. Many rental properties struggle to transmit warmth to the occupants. This one succeeded. It's on my list of REPEATS, as we'll look specifically for it if we return to Santa Fe.

Best house ever

If I could give this house 10 stars, I would! It was beautiful, immaculate, in a convenient location-close to town and in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect and I would highly recommend it.

Quiet location ..it is attached and not a separate home but irregardless It was a great setup.

Great stay! Close to trailhead for St Johns trail and Atalaya mountain trailhead. Walkable to town. Be sure to stop at Herve’s for wine and light meals. Very cool spot and excellent food and service! House had comfortable beds and while the outside seating areas are small, they are very relaxing 😊 Highly recommended!

Old Santa Fe Trail Townhome

Just ok. Overall the property looked dingy. Many lightbulbs out (front patio, stairway chandelier, laundry closet), the umbrella was broken, was replaced right away. Carpets stained, blind pulls broken, paint on upstairs deck peeling; trimmed branches left scattered about on front patio. AC unit over stairway looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. Conveniently located and serviceable. Could have been very cute with some TLC.
