Villa Mas Peirot is an authentic 850 m² Masía, originally built in 1800 and recently renovated while preserving its original character.

Please read the full description of the villa before booking and contact us (the agency) prior to making a reservation. This allows us to confirm availability and the owner’s approval.

The estate covers 60 hectares, including 6 ha of vineyards and 1 ha of fruit trees.

IMPORTANT: Rates for May and June are based on 10 guests. Maximum capacity is 18 guests. From 10 guests onwards, a supplement of €80 per person / night applies.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA LOCATION:

The villa is located in the municipality of Cunit (12 minutes from Sitges and 25 minutes from Barcelona, with easy motorway access just 1.5 km from the masía).

The beaches of Cunit are a 20-minute walk away. 4 minutes by car.

Masía Mas Peirot is surrounded by hectares of vineyards and Mediterranean nature. The setting of the property is truly idyllic.

This beautiful area is perfect for disconnecting and enjoying peace and quiet.

Supermarkets are just 2 minutes away by car or approximately a 15-minute walk. The nearest restaurants and bars are only 3 minutes away by car from the villa.

It is a wonderful environment to relax and enjoy a peaceful holiday surrounded by nature. Up to 18 guests.

Grear experience!

We were 8 ladies from Iceland who rented the house for a few days. We absolutely loved the house and the garden with the swimming pool was perfect! It had all the necessities needed and we couldn't have been happier with our stay, we will definatly come back as this was the perfect holiday with downtown Sitges only 10 min walk away !

Very Pleasant Stay

We spent 1 week with 2 other families ( with young children). The villa is very spacious, and very comfortable. The house is well equipped. The space outside is just wonderful, with a beautiful garden, a nice swimming pool and a nice dining space outside. 4 and not 5 : - we would have appreciated the air conditioning upstairs because it was very hot even during the night. - bathrooms are nice but water pressure is sometimes weak - Kitchen is really nice but it was not as clean as one could expect when we came in The area is very nice as well.

Very pleasant stay

We spent 2 weeks with 2 other families ( with young children). The villa is very spacious, and very confortable. Beds are very confortable, bathroom are nice and convenient, the kitchen is very big and convenient for 12 people. The house is well equiped. The space outside is just wonderful, with a beautiful garden, a nice swimming pool and we particulary appreciated the dining space outside. 4 and not 5 : we would have appreciated the air conditionning upstairs because it was very hot even during the night. The area is very nice as well.

Holiday to remember

We had relaxing and enjoyable holiday in this well equipped villa. Location is peacefull. The villa is spacius and beatifully furnished. Pool area and garden are beautiful too. The owner and housekeeper were really helpfull and made our holiday easy to arrange. Our Teenagers (5!) were satisfied whole week; swimming in pool, shopping at Sitges and playing tennis...There is nice Tennis Club nearby. We all enjoyed the villa and had a successfull holiday. However, the nearest beach was further away than was advertised (500m). The nearest food market was just about walking distance away.

Excellent Villa Packed with Pemium Features

My friends and I had a great long weekend and this superb villa, that is suitable for all types of holiday both family and friends. The villa is cosy with a family, lived in feel which is supported by the decor and the modern stylish features within the villa. We were pleased to see a plasma and dvd player so we could watch films and relax. The pool was clean and we had the sun all day in the garden. I would definately recommend staying here as we had a great time.

good weekend

we came with 6 friends for a long weekend (4 days), we found the house, very nice with lot;s of space and a nice gardenarea, good bathrooms, kitchen good, although we never cooked, the only thing we had to sleep some of us (men) together in a double bed, quite funny in a way. So we had a very good time, sitges was not to busy yet but barcelona is very near, so you have the best of both.

pleasant stay

We arrived from a rainy stockholm to sunny Spain. i came with husband, 3 children, and my parents. We were welcomed by caretaker and owner who were both very friendly, and helpfull, we were surprised who spacious the villa is, the children hardly wanted to go out, because they wanted to stay in the garden and in swimmingpool, garden and pool lovely and a big kitchen , great livingrooms,the villa has it all!!! nice quiet residential area, wonderful to sleep at night, no noise from drunken tourists or barking dogs, but still near to centre of town and we walked to the marina where you find lots of nice fishrestaurants and bars and a nice cosy family beach. We had a very goodtime very relaxing and sitges is truly an amazing beachresort with also exclusive boutiques and good nightlife We will return

magnificent holiday

Me and my wife and 2 other couples stayed in this beautiful villa in Sitges at easter 2009. When we arrived at the villa the caretaker was very friendly, she gave us maps of the town and was very patient to answer all questions and to show us around. The villa is great for different familys: 3 bedrooms downstairs and 3 upstairs. Also 2 livingrooms so plenty of space for everyone. The rooms are nice decorated and big, specially the masterbedroom is huge with it´s own bathroom and shower and bath. The other bathroom upstairs has a big bath for 2 or more persons!! Also flatscreen tv.s with all satelite channels. the day it was raining we spend in front of tv watching the french news etc. Upstairs livingroom has a big collection of books and dvds which you can use. handy for a rainy day. The garden is truly wonderful with a nice big swimmingpool, dining and sitting for 12 people, different terraces, and sun all day (facing south). Ofcourse the weather was not to hot, but in summer you might not want to go to beach because it´s great to be around the pool. The villa was clean and kitchen has it all, cofeemachines, dishwasher, micowave , 2 fridges, ideal for big familys. We all enjoyed are holiday very much and are thinking of going back next year

Me and my family stayed in this house last year in september, we had a great time, the bedrooms are all big and comfortabe, 2 livingrooms with different t.v channels and 5 tvs so never a fight over what to watch. Nice big kitchen with all the equipment, extra fridge in washingroom. Garden truly beautiful, lush and with tropical palmtrees and flowers, clean big swimmingpool, great for familys with children. We walked in the evening to the yachtharbour wich has great restaurants and bars. Garden sofas and loungers for many people and outsidedining for 12!!! The caretaker very friendly, so we will surly repeat!! Sitges is an amazing beachresort.

wonderfoul holidays- bellissima casa.

yo estuve el verano pasado, en la semana de 18 al 25 de julio del 2008 con mi esposo y amigos. Es una bella casa, muy grande y completa, lo tiene todo, un bellisimo jardin con piscina, todo limpio y bien tenido. La dueña muy simpatica y agradable.El pueblo es encantador, el servicio de transporte es bueno,el autobus pasa cada 30 min muy cerca de casa y te deja en el centro del pueblo.Tuvimos unas vacaciones maravillosas y divertidas.

Back in Sitges after many years

We had a perfect stay! Total family ( 9 )was very,very happy.What more could you wish! We stayed in a home of other people and we smelled the history of everything what had happened in the past, because all was available, nothing was hidden. PC/Internet etc is not everywhere that easy to be used( nor the drumset). Why "good"and not "excellent": cupboards, cutlery, and other simple things such as locks needed to be improved, but : we are "rather demanding". Hans and Jeanette
