We dreamed of creating a sustainable villa because we love our island: we understand that we can enjoy it, favoring tourism that respects its environment. The energy consumed by the house is generated by renewable sources and the envelope of the house has been acted upon to achieve greater energy efficiency. Many elements have been manufactured using sustainable procedures. The propery offers 3 gardens and the hillside attached to the house has been fenced as part of it. Solarium with Sea Views
-Ultra fast wifi. 75´Sat TV.
-Long Private heated pool 7 metres.
-Fixed coal barbacue (coal is provided)
-The house offers has a Roomba Vacuum cleaner.
-All three bathrooms offer electric towel dryers. -Bathrobes are also provided for adults.
-Pool towels are provided, also beach towels.
-We offer 3 desk with chairs for comfortable work and a screen under request.
-Brand new kitchen provides a second filtered water tap, saving our guests from having to buy water.
-Villa with heated pool and garden for your exclusive use.
-Solarium with all the views to the sea and central Puerto de la Cruz
-3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
-Walking distance restaurants: the Pizzeria 650 m away, the Mexican 530 m away, the typical restaurant 745 metres away. The Café 315 metres away.

Great stay, great host, great view!

Enjoyed the stay beginning to finish! Clean, great view, kids loved the pool. You need a car to get around, but that’s the plan anyhow, right?

Amazing stay

Great property, location was perfect for everything the north of the island has to offer as Well as travelling to the south for a few days. Hire car is needed really to be able to explore the whole island but that’s what we enjoy doing anyway. we would definitely return.

Lovely week at the villa

The villa was exactly as described. We enjoyed using it as a base for the week. The pool was great, everything was clean and the communication from the agents was very helpful.

Wow what a fab stay! Ana was a great host who was very responsive whilst also respecting our time. Location was perfect for a relaxing holiday with the supermarket 5 minutes down the road. It was lovely having a heated pool as it was warm enough for my toddler. The view from the roof was amazing! We did have an issue with the electricity going out towards the end of our trip, but Ana quickly fixed it within the hour. She couldn’t have been more helpful. Really recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Great Villa !The house is very pleasant, bright and very well equipped. Fabulous

Pictures do the villa justice, the pool was warm and inviting, roof terrace is peaceful, coffee machines reallly good... need i go on. Communication with Host is the best we have ever had, including step by step instructions on getting to the villa. We can find no faults with the place and only wish we could have stayed longer

Brilliant Villa

A fantastic property with great communication and service. We loved the pool and the outside grounds and had a brilliant stay. Each bedroom has its own on-suite which would make it equally brilliant for groups of friends and families. We were surprised at the generosity of the separate beach and pool towels which would save your baggage allowance! Unfortunately Tenerife was hit by a forest fire at the time of our stay, it was great how Ana kept us well informed and when ash fell on the property this was cleaned up very promptly! We were so grateful for this. The property was cleaned half way through helping keep the property as beautifully clean as it was when we arrived. Our children equally enjoyed their stay as there is so much to do on the island and in the area.

Une superbe location

La maison est fidèle à l’annonce. Les appareils électro-ménagers sont de qualité. La maison est extrêmement propre, la piscine également. L’extérieur de la maison est très agréable et l’environnement très calme. La location est très bien située pour visiter le nord de Tenerife et la ville de Puerto de La Cruz. La communication avec Ana a été agréable.

Eine tolle Villa, in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Die Villa ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Ausstattung war perfekt. Jedes Zimmer hat ein separates Badezimmer. Der Pool ist beheizt. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die Dachterrasse !!! Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zu Ana war sehr nett. Vielen Dank!Rin
