This is a beautiful property and very much in the center of Florence! We appreciated that when we used the apartment as a daily drop in to beat the Summer heat. We have nothing but good things to say about this apartment, the location and the management.

Firenze

Chiara is very responsive and helpful as well as Damiano who checked us in. The location is excellent, short walks to almost anywhere. We enjoyed our short stay! If we ever revisit Firenze, we would stay here again!

Amazing apartment and location

Apartment was huge. Every room had an air con and the location was right next to nearly everything. Only warning is that it's the third floor (second for Europeans) with no elevator.

In the heart of the city

This property is in a fabulous position, very close to major attractions, resteraunts and cafe's. The apartment is massive with plenty of space for all guests to have some personal space. It truly is a Renaissance Beauty. We felt fortunate to have found this apartment.The apartment as well as Florence as a whole, requires a reasonable level of fitness and abilty to climb stairs. Our family would happily return to this property on a future holiday.

Needs an update

First of all, I’d like to say that the location of the property was great, it was close to everything, shopping, dining, sites to see. On the flip side, property needs an update and can also use a deep clean and minor repairs. Bathroom water pressure was terrible, we had to pump the toilets before flushing, shower pressure was very low, AC was not working correctly, couches in the living area had dirty covers and old pillows, kitchen needed to be cleaned (we did not use it to cook), barely any soap to wash hands with.

We did not stay at this property and left immediately, despite booking four nights for nearly 2,000 USD. After traveling from Rome, we waited outside in 97F heat for over 30 minutes, even though we followed the owner's check-in instructions, and did not hear from the property representative for nearly two hours. Upon check-in, the apartment was hot, dark, and the representative told us that only two of the four air conditioners were working and that we would need to move the living room unit into a bedroom ourselves. On the fourth floor during extreme summer temperatures, reliable air conditioning was not optional—it was essential. When we contacted the owner, she dismissed our concerns, denied what her representative had told us, and made no effort to resolve the issue or send someone back to address it. Based on our experience, the property did not match reasonable expectations for comfort or service, and we cannot recommend it. This experience was so disappointing that it has made us reconsider using VRBO in the future.

This review is false: the air conditioning was working perfectly, and you refused to follow my instructions on how to turn it on. The apartment is on the second floor, not the fourth. I replied to you immediately, explaining how to operate the air conditioning. Any further comment is unnecessary; our numerous positive reviews speak for themselves.
