Adored this apartment in Florence... one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. Leather market right outside our door with easy walking to ALL in Florence. At night when the market is taken down, we had live music and dancing right outside our windows - absolute perfection. We hope to visit again!!

Very centrally located near all major attractions. The apartment is beautiful. The master bedroom is lovely but the 2nd with twin beds was dark and more noisy. There are steps up to the elevator which is quite large. Our only complaint was the lack of hot water in the shower. Once hot it would intermittently turn ice cold. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. We did request a taxi when we left. It never came but you can find one at he the nearby piazza Repubblica.

Gorgeous living room / dining room space with fresco ceilings. Spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit. Great location close to everything right out your front door: gelato shops, restaurants, shopping, sightseeing.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location

From the graciousness of Jacqueline, to the tranquility of the apartment, and the amazing location overlooking the market during the day and musicians at night, my sister and I had a wonderful stay in Firenze. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place

Loved our stay at this apartment and Jacqueline was very kind and helpful. It can be a bit noisy outside in the evenings but the apartment keeps out the sound very well. Excellent location.

Communication with host was abysmal. The only reason the host finally got in touch through email on the day of check-in was because we filed a complaint with vrbo. There was still no check in information provided. Another tenant in the building came out the door and we slipped into the door. Once in the building a person let us into the apartment. Apartment was not clean. There was old food and residue on silverware. The 2 twin beds were extremely uncomfortable and warped. Mattresses need to be replaced. Dishwasher did not work. Reached out to host to ask how to work dishwasher and where to take trash out to. There was no response from host. The only redeeming quality of this apartment was the location.

In the heart of Firenze

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had on VRBO. Jaqueline (host) was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend staying here. The place was clean, had all the essentials and Jaqueline was extremely accommodating in the she booked us restaurants and car service. Grazie Jaqueline, we hope to see you again!!

The apartment was well appointed, full of character, and ideally located to walk around central Florence. We only needed a cab to and from the airport. We arrived early and checked our suitcases into a nearby restaurant that provides that service. Our reservation details said that check- in was at 2:00 and that we would receive a message with information on how to access the apartment. I assumed that information would come before 2:00. But actually, I learned that 2:00 was the time that the information would be communicated. We did text with the host and were able to get in at 2:45. The only surprises were the Florence tax we needed to pay in cash when we received our keys- and at checkout, when we were unsure where to take our trash and recycling. However, we loved our location and the evening music in the plaza across the road. Overall, we enjoyed the space and it served us well as our home away from home for our week in Florence.

We booked this apartment 30 days in advance because of its location and how nice the interior looked. We contacted the host right away and explained why we were coming and what we were planning to see. We never heard from the host, and no information was provide even 48 hours before we arrived. Finally, we heard that the information would be given to us two hours before we arrive.. while on a 90 minute train ride between Rome and Florence, we were finally contacted and told a water pipe had burst in the building, and there will be no water. A completely different place in a different location was offered at a lower rate, and thru WhatsApp - I was offered 100% refund as long as I was the one that canceled. Instead, we booked through a different platform into something WE wanted not a consolation prize. It took a few days, but customer service made sure we got a full refund. I don’t know what to make of the place because we never stepped foot in it, even though we eventually did come to the same area that it was located. Perhaps it’s a fluke, but overall a disappointing experience. We made lemonade out of lemons and moved on.

Great apartment in central Florence

The apartment was beautiful. The two bedroom/two bath arrangement was perfect for my adult daughter and me. We were right across from the market, and at night, we would hear either a violin or cello being played in the loggia space. Great place to stay in Florence.

Fabulous location.

Perfect location. Jacqueline made check-in easy, found us dinner reservations our first night and helped us get a taxi to the airport! AC was welcome. Nightly music from talented buskers below our window who used acoustics of Mercato Nuovo loggia for performances.

Perfect Location

We LOVED this apartment. It is right outside a market - and at night, we were treated with music from various violinists, celloists, guitarists, etc. who played after the market closed shop for the day. The host provided a list of restaurant recommendations that were not your average tourists spots - and they did not disappoint. The wifi worked well. And the apartment is in walking distance to all of the main areas in Florence. We will undoubtedly use again when we return.

Perfecto!

Jacqueline was super amazingly helpful. Location simply could not be better. Apartment was up to date in every way but had 16th century charm. Quiet and easy access to everything.
