This villa with a heated indoor pool (30-32 degrees Celsius) is located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature between the Aveiro estuary and Torreira beach on the Atlantic Ocean – a "paradise" offering incredible scenery. It's situated 500 meters from the estuary, 600 meters from the sea, and 600 meters from the center of Torreira. This small, welcoming village offers various services such as supermarkets, bakeries, a pharmacy, a children's playground, restaurants serving local cuisine, bars...

This modern villa, accommodating up to 8 guests, is equipped with everything you need for an excellent stay.
They have a heated swimming pool with a temperature between 30 and 32ºC, measuring 10 x 5 meters, with a telescopic cover that allows it to be enjoyed regardless of weather conditions.
On the upper floor there are 4 suites with private balconies and a south-facing terrace with excellent sun exposure.
On the lower floor there is a comfortable living room (TV with access to Netflix and international channels), a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a guest toilet and a garage for 1 car.
Outside there is a barbecue area with a dining space overlooking the pool, and an outdoor area with sun loungers where you can sunbathe in privacy and enjoy some quality time.

Torreira is a magnificent place where you can enjoy excellent holidays, whether short or long, because in addition to being a place where you can enjoy the beach, the Ria Formosa lagoon, the magnificent nature, the good gastronomy, and various activities such as water sports, hiking, cycling, fishing… it is also located a few minutes from well-known tourist cities. It is located 50 km from the city of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia, 40 km from the city of Aveiro (known as the "Venice of Portugal"), 90 km from Coimbra, 60 km from Arouca (with the famous Paiva Walkways) and 50 km from the Serra da Freita mountain range (known for its unspoiled nature and sought after for its mountain trails, for those who enjoy hiking).

Fantastic Villa and Host.

Just returned from a weeks stay. The villa is in a great location, close enough to the centre of Torreira but tucked away in a quieter street. We had everything we needed in the large spacious villa and pool area.Communication from our host Vitor prior to our arrival and during the stay was exemplary, providing us with everything we needed to know, from villa information, local attractions and the best restaurants. The town has a nice local Portuguese atmosphere with local markets, shops, bars and restaurants. Would highly recommended.

Es war super!Sehr großzügige Unterkunft für 9 Personen. Das beheizte Schwimmbad im Gewächshaus ist der Renner!Auch die Ausstattung ( incl. Waschmittel, Gewürze, etc) war großartig. Auch für Kleinkinder bestens geeignet , da der Pool und auch der Garten abschließbar sind. Sogar die Grillecke war mit Holz ausgestattet.Sehr Gute Lokalisation, fussläufig zu Meer und Ria, sehr ruhig.Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war ebenfalls sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.Wir hatten tolle Ferien , für all unsere 4 Generationen war alles bestens.

Das Haus und der Pool sind klasse! Vitor ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Lage zwischen Atlantik und Ria hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist auch zu loben. Leider gab es einige Baustellen in der Nähe, die auch tagsüber schon mal etwas Lärm gemacht haben. Trotzdem, wir kommen gern wieder!

Pasamos unos días en marzo y la estancia fue estupenda.Casa moderna y con todas las comodidades. La piscina una maravilla, climatizada y cubierta, se puede usar aunque haga frío.

Unser Gastgeber Vitor hat schon im Vorfeld Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt, hat auch während des Aufenthaltes sofort reagiert, alles in allem eine super Betreuung. Die Lage des sehr schicken Hauses ist topp. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Entorno maravilloso en una casa a la altura del entorno.

Un lujo de zona en una casa muy bonita y donde hemos disfrutado mucho de todo. El propietario muy atento y con buenas recomendaciones para poder aprovechar el tiempo.

Semaine de rêve,

Maison très bien équipée et très agréable dans une région magnifique proche des grands sites touristiques. Propriétaires sympathiques et disponibles. La piscine couverte est un point fort surtout hors période estivale, l'eau était à 28° le 30 septembre!!!
