very lovely home!

A lovely experience in Sao Jacinto this fall. We drove down from Porto for week a this beach area home . It was an easy drive with a stop at the Contintente food market about half way south to provision the house for our week long stay . after our conversations with the property manger ,we had all the information needed to find the address . What a great home ! My family went gaga over the many toys that are included in the rental .There is a full basement with a pool table foozball game exercise equipment including a boxing bag sauna and a jacuzzi as well as bicycles and watersports toys. The home is set up with the bedrooms along one side of the back yard area perpendicular to the entry hall and kitchen with the dining area and living room on the other side of the kitchen parallel to the bedroom wing. The yard features a large children’s playhouse and several olive trees as well as the pool . The covered saline pool is a wonderful, enclosed area with several lawn chairs lining the sides as well as comfy couches pool toys . It is kept at a medium temperature and the whole covering can be rolled back to open to the out of doors as needed . I was very comfortable spending a week on the property. The beach is a 15 minute walk and the carferry takes you to the south side of the river and the older towns on that side. It has a schedule which may be a bit difficult to figure out .

Un havre de paix !

Très belle et confortable maison Très fonctionnelle il ne manque rien! Les vélos à disposition sont un vrai bonheur difficile de s’ennuyer sur place ! Nous sommes restés une semaine mais 2 semaines aurait été idéal ! Je recommande vivement !

Una Semana Santa de 10

Fuimos del 18 al 22 de Abril. Casa espectacular. Fuimos 4 adultos con 2 niñas. Enorme! Comodísima, con todo el menaje que puedas necesitar, con toallas de baño y albornoces para todos los adultos, multitud de detalles de buen gusto en cada estancia; con cuna, cambiador y trona por si llevas bebés. La zona barbacoa no la usamos pero es alucinante. Las niñas disfrutaron muchísimo en la piscina con el agua a 19-20º. La casa es toda de planta baja, lo que facilita mucho la movilidad a personas con algún problema motor como era nuestro caso. En el sótano, en el garaje tienen 1 pequeño gimnasio, y 5 bicis para usar si te quieres dar unas vueltas por el pueblo o acercarte hasta la playa de San Jacinto, ya que todo el pueblo es llano. El Sr. Carmindo que nos atendió en nuestra estancia también muy amable. Muy buenas también las recomendaciones del dueño por mail. El pueblo es una balsa de paz frente al bullicio de Aveiro, por lo menos en ésta época, cosa a valorar cuando vas de vacaciones. Para cruzar a Aveiro usamos el ferry y fenomenal. 15min. y muchos horarios. Otro día fuimos en coche y la carretera preciosa. 50min. Tampoco hay ningún problema de aparcamiento. Las calles son larguísimas y apenas había coches circulando ni aparcados en las aceras. Hay 3 supermercados operativos con todo lo necesario, 1 panaderí-pastelería con productos y precios increibles, varios bares y 3-4 restaurantes. Nosotros comimos en 2 de ellos y muy bien. Sin duda recomendaremos esta casa a todos nuestros amigos y familiares. Gracias!

Lovely villa perfect for a family holiday

Really lovely villa. The bottom terrace and bbq area was a nice surprise when we arrived. A fee tiny minir improvements the runners on the shower doors need replacing and the parasols but these really are minor details. Not loads going on in sao jacinto but perfect for a quiet break. Thankyou for a lovely holiday

Excellent property

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house in Sao Jacinto. It is very spacious and modern and very well equipped. The heated pool was an added bonus particularly as we didn’t have great weather. We used the barbecue several times and had a fun evening making pizzas in the wood fired pizza oven. We loved the simple nature of the area which is not at all touristy. It’s a little remote but that was part of the charm for us.

superbe maison

Lieu privilégiant le calme et l'espace très agréable à vivre à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur. Maison bien équipée à tous points de vue!!!! Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Merci également pour l'accueil sympathique.
