The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, tasteful coastal decor, and plenty of storage. A relaxing retreat after a full day.
*THIRD BEDROOM | CUSTOM QUEEN BUNK BEDS
One of Coastal Comfort’s distinctive features is its custom-designed bunkroom. Designed by the owner, this spacious bunkroom features oversized queen-size bunk beds, offering a fun and comfortable sleeping arrangement even for adults.
Quality linens are provided throughout the condo for a restful night’s sleep.

🏖️ PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS | SUNSET BEACH
Your perfect beach day is just a short stroll or seasonal tram ride away! Coastal Comfort guests enjoy access to the private beach entrance located within the Sunset Beach community.
Seasonal Beach Tram For added convenience, complimentary tram service operates seasonally.
Tram season: March 1 – October 31
Operating hours: 9 AM – 6 PM Central Time
The tram picks up near the community pool area and transports guests directly to the Sunset Beach access. Also a short walk to the beach access.

Important Beach Information
Community wristbands are required for the tram and private beach access. Sunset Beach has specific rules regarding beach equipment and permitted items. During the busy summer season, we recommend arranging beach chair rentals in advance through the beach service provider, Dolce Vita.
Please note that there are no lifeguards at the private beach access.

Prefer a Public Beach?
Several public beach access points are available nearby, including options in neighboring Inlet Beach. Some public accesses offer restrooms, showers, and seasonal lifeguard services. Public beach accesses may also permit certain beach equipment that is restricted at Sunset Beach.
Guests can choose whichever beach experience best suits their plans.

When you’re ready for a break from the beach, enjoy our oasis pool area. The spacious, pool deck is reserved for owners and registered guests.

The pool complex is located near Building H.
Community wristbands are required.
