Directly outside the building, guests will find a well-stocked grocery store, as well as a selection of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Several paddle courts and recreational facilities are also located nearby.
This location provides an ideal balance between tranquillity and convenience, making it perfect for guests who wish to enjoy the beach, local services, and the relaxed lifestyle of the Costa del Sol.
The Space:
When you step into the home, you're welcomed by a bright and modern atmosphere, featuring a spacious living room with plenty of natural light. The living area includes a large Smart TV with Chromecast, a comfortable sofa and armchair, and a dining space for four people. From here, you can step out onto the cozy balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening relaxation.
The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, including a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, oven, and more. It’s perfect for preparing your favorite meals during your stay.
The apartment offers two well-sized bedrooms. The master bedroom features a large and comfortable double bed, as well as air conditioning for both cooling and heating. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a dedicated workspace with a desk, providing a peaceful spot to catch up on emails or work.
The apartment includes a modern bathroom with a shower for your convenience.
Fully equipped with air conditioning in every room, high-speed WiFi, a Smart TV, a washing machine, fridge freezer, and more, this apartment offers all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay.
