Traditional Mallorcan stone villa among ancient olive trees combining rustic feel with excellent location in heart of small village of Bonaire. A choice of restaurants, mini market & two beautiful beaches a short walk away. Veranda at front of house offers seating & dining area with views of marina, sea & mountains. Pool terrace includes relaxing seating, another dining area and BBQ. Great restaurant and Ibiza-style chill-out bar next door with ambient DJ in high season til 10.30. Two delightful beaches 8-10 minutes walk around one side of the marina, or head the other way and you can swim off the rocks 2-3 mins walk away. Nearby Alcudia offers a stunning walled medieval city full of bars and restaurants and late night shopping, and the Port of Alcudia offers more tourist options and a 12km sandy beach. Facilities include fast fibre wi-fi, portable JBL music speaker, TV, Table tennis, washer / drier etc.

Amazing place and absolutely lovely owner.

This is such a nice place to stay, close to the beach and with a really good bar next door that does lovely food and drinks. The pool and outdoor area is so good for relaxing The owner was really friendly and helpful and communicated quickly. We’d definitely come again. Thank you!

We are an English family who bought Nostra Caseta in 2020 and have been renovating it and are excited to share it with our guests. We think it is a wonderful part of Mallorca combining the dramatic landscapes of the mountains with beautiful beaches and picturesque historic towns. The walled Medieval city of Alcudia is very close by, and nearby Pollensa offers another beautiful town to visit.

The beauty of a traditional Mallorcan country house with the convenience of being near the sea in the heart of the village. Our children have the freedom to go to the beach or buy an ice-cream without it needing to be a family outing in the car. There are a number of restaurants to choose from that you can walk to, and an Ibiza-style chill out bar next door which is very popular with the teenagers...and the DJ who plays about 4 evenings a week in the summer stops at 10.30pm!
The tranquil mature garden, deep pool and covered terraces provide a very relaxing setting without leaving the grounds of the house.
