Renovated and cozy apartment located in the popular neighborhood of Puerta del Angel, this is one of the most authentic areas of the city, is a familiar and authentic neighborhood, full of life and entertainment venues where you can enjoy your stay in the capital. It retains the flavor of the neighborhood, away from the bustle of downtown and close to two of the most outstanding green areas of the city, Madrid Rio located on the banks of the Manzanares with sports areas, and all kinds of sports and cultural activities and Casa de Campo with facilities and leisure activities, two great lungs of the city.

Perfectly located in the center, a few minutes from the Puerta del Angel subway and intercommunicated with the extensive transport network of the capital, 10 minutes from the central Plaza Mayor and 15 minutes from the Royal Palace.

The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, united in a pleasant living room with double sofa bed which has a total capacity for 4 people, fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances to complement the stay, has a bathroom with shower. It has different elements that will make your stay even more comfortable, such as heating, WiFi network, flat TV, elevator.

All this nestled in a ideal location in the city from where you can enjoy all that Madrid has to offer. A great opportunity to know the city and everything it has to offer in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere of the capital.

Excellent location, just right for 2 (not 4) people

This apartment is small but worked well for 2 people. Short walk to Metro, buses, Casa de Campo Park, and lots of other sites. It was next door to our daughter so it was perfect for us. We didn't cook or use the kitchen but it looked fine for basic cooking. Kitchen and living space are one area. The double bed was firm and comfortable. The living room has a table and 4 chairs, and a small couch (NOT a sleeper couch like the description says.) This is a 2 person only place, not a 4 person as described. Elevator worked and this unit was on the 1st floor which was up about 12 stairs. Even though it is on a busy street it was fairly quiet and we did not have any noise issues. The pictures in this listing are not of this apartment. Some of the pictures are similar and show the layout, but there are some pictures that are completely wrong.
