The host was a gentleman, the accommodations were clean and convenient to the area were interested in. The palace was mere feet away. We felt safe and secure. Thank you for the experience!

Muy buena ubicación, aunque algo pequeño para 4 personas. Para 2 personas es idoneo. 4 personas con maletas es incómodo. Por lo demás todo bien, facil entrada, metro y comercios cercanos.

3 nights in Madrid

Spouse and I stayed here. Location is fantastic. Steps to all the major sights on that end of the city. Noisy at night bc it is immediately off of the sidewalk/street. Could use some basic maintenance but it worked ok.

El lugar tiene mucha humedad, con la persona que me contacte me ofreció disculpas y un desayuno el cual quedó en palabras, yo tenía que haber buscado otra propiedad ya que pienso no es saludable estar en una propiedad con mucha humedad y no tiene ventilación, uno está de viaje y no tiene tiempo de a última hora buscar otro lugar para hospedarse.

Het verblijf was prima, maar ik zou het aanraden voor maximaal 2 personen. Het appartement is op de begane grond en heeft vrij dunne muren, wat het relatief gehorig maakt. Een prima verblijf voor een aantal nachten.

Estudio con buena ubicación, pero no lo deben ofertar para 4 personas cuando el sofá cama está en malas condiciones para dormir. Dispone de productos de limpieza para la cocina e higiene. Cuenta con calefacción. La insonorización de la puerta mala.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Apartment was comfortable and spacious for a studio. We loved the location and would stay again.

great location, loud car traffic all hours of the night

Location is great, close to everything downtown. Place is a little noisy, you can hear street sounds well. Saturday night party crowd was quite tolerable, after all just people having a good time. Cars speeding over the cobble stones at all hours of the night in the narrow street were loud and more disruptive. Hosts were great and responsive in communicating, place was clean.

I booked this accommodation over a year ago and paid at the same time. I got in touch with the property 5 days out to confirm booking etc to be told that they had closed the booking as it was made a year ago! Accommodation was eventually sorted through them however the property we were given is not the one I booked. I booked and paid for 4 people but we were only given 2 towels for example. Would not recommend. Service was mediocre, condition of the property was terrible ie the shower head was duct taped up! Only good thing near the train station

Convenient location, close to major attractions. A few minor issues with the hot water system and a refrigerator malfunction that were quickly addressed / resolved by the owner. An adequate space for two people.

Very pleased

The place was small but its really nice and cozy. The property managers were very nice and easy to communicate with. Loved the location! It was really easy to walk to a lot of sights. Overall really good place.
