We had a wonderful stay! Apartment was well stocked, beds were comfy and it was a perfect for a little mountain get away. The location is also perfect just a few steps to the main lifts. Will definitely stay here again.

This condo has amazing location for skiing Copper and the was perfect for 2 families to share. The beds are too soft and uncomfortable, but everything else was perfect!

Close to the action, but just far away enough to be cozy

We went up during a summer bicycle event and was grateful to have a place a 1 min walk to Center Village but far enough away to leave the windows open and still have peace and quiet. The place was very clean and kudos to the owner for having a very reasonable checkout list.

Ski week stay lives up to the name

The property was exactly as described and allows us a true walking distance experience. Our entire family was able to comfortably sleep in the provided space and if planning another trip to Copper, would definitely look to book the same place again.Thank you for having us!

Great quick weekend snow trip!

This location was so perfect! Quick to get on the lift at center village! It was close to the bus transfer area to get to ski school! Great kitchen! Great access to the 4th floor (even though a 3rd floor unit) for easy luggage transfer. Great communication!

Great stay in Copper Steps Away from Slopes

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this condo! First, the location could not be better- it’s literally steps from the main 2 lifts and, even though we were there the week between Christmas and New Year’s, we never waited at a lift for more than 10 minutes, even during peak times. The condo itself is spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed for an absolutely amazing stay (we cooked most nights since Copper dining options are, in our experience, awful). The heating system works really well, there’s a great fireplace, kitchen appliances are in great order and the washer/dryer are on the same floor as the upper part of the condo; the ski storage was also very convenient; there are many small shelves at the entrance for all the ski helmets/hats/gloves, which is a very nice and convenient touch for a large group of skiers.Overall, we would highly recommend this place!.

Great property, very stressful check in process

First, the good: the property was clean and pleasant, and the location was great, just as the listing described. However, getting to the point of actually being in the property took much longer and was more stressful than needed. First, I think it is important to know that this property has a physical scan key. You need the key to use the elevator, access the parking garage, get to the room, etc. However, we didn't have the key before checking in, and therefore I was stuck in the lobby of the condo. I checked my email, which stated, "Here are your keys to your property". After reading the email carefully (which, unfortunately I did not do before leaving), it stated that the keys would be mailed to me. That's a problem for two reasons. First, I definitely did not have the keys mailed to me. Second, I don't remember giving my address so they could mail me the keys. Either way, I definitely did not have the electronic keys. The first thing I did was call the host. The call went directly to voice mail, and I left a message. After waiting around and kicking myself for not reading the email, and VRBO for not making the key thing more clear, I saw a number for security in the lobby area. I called security and pleaded our case, and, to their credit, they came over to talk with us. Evenutally, security let us in, and the owner did call back, but it was WAY more stressful than it should have. Also, I still have never received a key in the mail.

Lovely location

Great location at the center of Copper Village - easy to walk anywhere. Lots of space in bedrooms and common area. Had a good stay. Place was clean and well kept. There were a couple oddities (a someone’s shirt crumpled on the bench in the kitchen, a cleaning rag left upstairs, door to balcony was wide open when we got there). Not a big deal but a little unpleasant as a first impression.

Great condo, great location

Extremely short walk away from lifts. Spacious clean condo. Great communication. Heated garage and extra parking outside. Full kitchen with pans, bowls, baking pans etc. Quiet hallways. Basically ideal all around. Ty Dan!

Spring break 2024

This was our second year staying at this property. Dan is a great host. This 2 level unit has all amenities needed. Hall entry doors on both floors 3&4 makes it great for multiple families to share. Located right next to a magic carpet run for our littles and access to Center Village just outside the door. It’s a short easy walk to get on American Eagle lift and you are able to ski right to the back door. 2 locker in parking garage and 2 parking spots provided with one inside garage one outside in front.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space, nice open layout, and truly ski-in/ski-out. The owner was very responsive when we had issues with registering our car for a parking pass--he handled it within a few minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay in Copper Mountain

The condo is super spacious and very clean. The access to the mountain is amazing! Truly ski in ski out! Great for at night when you want to go out, just walk to all the bars and restaurants. Great for teenagers and young adults so they can go back to the condo or go roam around town - lots of freedom. You can definitely eat lunch at the condo warm up and get back out on the lifts - so much better and cheaper than eating on the mountain for lunch. My kids LOVED the condo - everyone had their own space and no one got in anyone's way - the place is huge. Great locker storage for all skis and snowboards so the condo is not full of snow. Highly recommend Dan's Condo - he was very prompt answering any questions and even mailed us the key card so I had it with me - we did NOT have to stop anywhere to pick it up. Great service. Thanks for a great stay Dan we will be back next year!!

awesome ski trip!

first of all copper mtn is one of our faves for skiing! dans place was awesome! clean and well kept! plenty of pillows and blankets. the beds were soft and comfy. bathrooms were clean and well done. VERY HOT water haha which is great! kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, crockpot, coffee pot and everything worked! overall it was a great place and would highly recommend it!

Was born and raised in West Michigan were I learned to ski. I have a passion of the mountains and skiing. I started my children skiing at the age of 2 and I am trying to foster the same passion for skiing that I have. Owning a condo at a major ski destination allows our family to have a place to stay that feels like home.

Cooper Mountain is our favorite place in Colorado and Spruce Lodge is one of if not the best ski-in/ ski-out location at Copper. It also makes a great base for day trips to other resorts being right on I-70.

Our condo is over 1,500 sq. ft. which is larger than most and the extra space really makes for a more comfortable stay.
