Enjoy world-class skiing or unlimited family fun & golf in the summer.

Walk to the Super Bee lift in East Village or just call the Copper Shuttle to get front door service to any village in Copper!! This amazing, beautifully designer decorated, 4 bedroom home has PLENTY of room for the entire family. Ten people maximum. Drive up and park in our garage, just steps from the front door. After a day on the slopes, cozy up to a warm fireplace, play games around family-size dining table, play bumper pool or cook a gourmet meal in our fully stocked kitchen. Afterward, take a soak in our 7 person private hot tub with amazing views of the golf course and mountains! Four bedrooms, include a kid's bunk room with full over full beds. Three additional bedrooms have queen beds with new mattresses and warm cozy, down comforters. We also have a pull out single bed in the living area and a portable single bed. We have a full size washer/dryer for laundry, high speed internet for keeping up with work, SMART tv's and cable in the home. Keep all your gear in our huge ski closet. Our kitchen is loaded with everything you'll need to make this the best vacation ever. Our 3 updated bathrooms include one with a jacuzzi tub.

+ Four Bedrooms. Two are located upstairs with two full baths. Jacuzzi tub in one. Queen beds in both bedrooms with spectacular views of mountains and golf course.

Full-size washer/dryer upstairs with ironing board and iron. Bathrooms have hair dryers, shampoo & conditioner. Large closets with chest of drawers for plenty of storage. All bedrooms have high end mattresses, comfy comforters and tv's.

+Living has sofa, two chairs, a wonderful cozy, warm fireplace and a pull out sleeper in the ottoman for a single. Our entire house is non smoking/no pets.

+ Bunk room great for kids or adults. Full over full beds, chest of drawers and another folding bed in the closet.

+ 24 hour check-in.

+Private walk-in ski /Golf locker for all your gear.

+ High speed internet and cable tv for working remotely.

+New 7 person HOT TUB overlooking golf course and mountains.

+ Fully stocked kitchen with lg. Crock Pot, coffee maker with both K cups and full pot.

+ Pack N Play for the little ones.

Copper is located in Summit County between Breckenridge, Vail/Beaver Creek and Keystone. It is the commonly referred to as the "LOCAL man's favorite", known for its
divided terrain. The East Village has the most black or experienced runs but we are just a FREE shuttle ride from the Center and West Village. Just call or text the Copper Coach for a front door pick-up.

Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized according to CDC guidelines for COVID regulations. Our cleaning crew goes above and beyond for the safety of our guests.

As a guest you will be required to provide a driver's license and may need to show ID for everyone over 16. Absolutely NO more than 10 guests in the house at any time.

We have two cameras on the property. A ring doorbell is located to the side of the front door and captures video of the driveway and porch area. The second camera is in the breezeway between the front door and the interior front door. It only captures video of the door so we can monitor the maid service coming and going.

Spring Break Ski Trip

Wow! This is one of our favorite homes to stay in and we have stayed in many VRBO's over the last 5 years. The owners went through great lengths to make their home a very comfortable and nice place to stay at with amenities to help your stay be more enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked with spices etc. We cooked all our meals there all week long. There are board games and puzzles etc. The location is great and available transportation is so easy to use. The house is extremely close to Copper East Village (easy walking distance) so we just walked to go tubing, snow maze etc. We are not "expert black" skiers so we would call Copper Coach for rides to west (green slopes) and central (blue slopes) village. Again Becky made everything so easy for us, answering our numerous questions, clarifying details, making recommendations. The views from the house were breathtaking and so peaceful! My husband and daughter did not go skiing and were super content to enjoy being in the house with the fantastic views, warm fireplace, going for walks and using the hot tub!We will not hesitate to go back, its a great spot for vaca in winter and I imagine in summer too! Thank you Becky for sharing your home with us, we left with new great family memories!

Spacious Lodging

So thankful to have found a spacious townhome close to the slopes for our family of 7. In the past, we have crammed into small units and were crawling all over each other. Loved the Copper Coach which was a great way to come and go from the slopes. Home was well-stocked and furnishings were comfortable. Becky was easy to communicate with and called to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend!

Great location!

Great location with free shuttle service to the Copper Mountain villages. Place is as advertised, clean and convenient. Kitchen is well stocked. No issues with ski locker or garage. Private hot tub is a must for hard skiing days. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect holiday

The house was perfect for our family of 5. The location was great and we utilized the Copper Coach often. The house was lovely and our communications with Becky were helpful and timely. Be sure to reserve spots at Copper tubing hill- it was a blast! We also headed to Leadville area and went snowmobiling. We are so happy we chose your home, we had a wonderful family vacation. Family holiday getaway!

This was everything we had hoped for. The house was at a great location, very comfortable for the 10 of us; and the host (Becky) was wonderful! We texted, emailed and spoke on the phone a number of times! Becky was incredibly sweet, and she certainly made us feel welcome. We would definitely recommend and return!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this property greatly. We have 3 boys that love to golf and so this was an excellent location to do that. Located close enough to several small mountain towns for dinner and shopping. The property owner was excellent! Very accommodating and willing to go above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Check in and out process was fine. The hot tub call everyone comments on was not a big deal at all and we were grateful to be able to use it! Recommend this property!!

Nice property. Main drawback was a windowless upstairs bedroom with attached bath. Host provided a box fan, but we had to leave doors open for air circulation since the house didn't have air conditioning.

Perfect location, beautiful & clean house, awesome host!

My group had such a great time at this house! The home is beautifully maintained and it just felt magical sitting in the hot tub watching the golfers with the mountains behind us. This location is fantastic. The beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms were big which was really helpful with a larger group. We cooked a ton, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The living room was nice to hang out in, and we used all the bluetooth speakers indoors and outdoors quite a bit. Bumper pool and fun yard games were available for the entire family. Check-in and check-out was simple and rules were displayed and easy to follow. The owner could not have been nicer and communicated which was very helpful. These resorts have a lot of rules that she helped us navigate (burn bans, parking, etc.) Excited to come back during ski season!

Amazing Mountain Getaway 6/5 Stars

My girlfriend and I had an amazing weekend getaway here and will certainly be staying again. This house was lovely and in a great location. Some highlights: - Host: The host is incredibly responsive and very nice. Instructions on accessing the house and related features were clear and easy to follow. - Location: The house is incredibly close to the superbee lift. Either a short walk or a short shuttle away. From the house, there are amazing mountain views in all directions. - Features: We absolutely loved the hot tub facing the mountains. There is also a speaker system with surround sound around the house. The house also has a great selection of board games and a bumper pool table. The kitchen was fully loaded with everything we needed to make a great breakfast and dinner. - Rooms: Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and we had a great nights sleep for skiing the next day. Thank you Becky for the amazing stay!

Hidden Indoor Camera With Microphone

This is a beautiful property with an extremely high maintenance owner. Things like requesting we text her everyone who is staying at property their ID. We were two families with smaller kids. She required you to FaceTime her about the hot tub cover. Stuff like that which is a lot more than typical VRBO owners. But finding a camera with a microphone on the inside is wild. I thought VRBO had rules against this?

Very nice house with lots of rules.

This is a very nice house, but was not really comfortable as a short-term rental unit. Positives - Everything is in good condition - Plenty of room for 8 - 10 people - Close to ski lift, it is walkable in about 10 mins. Ski locker was roomy. - Well stocked with supplies. Negatives -In our case, the Docusign is required, along with a copy of your driver license. The first time you see this doc, is a couple of days before your stay, so you really have no choice but to sign, unless you feel like scrambling to find a new place. There are a lot of rules in the document. - Some of the excessive rules in document include: A required Facetime with owner on how to use hot tub is required! also, you need to text pictures of garage remote controls/keys before leaving! and a $200 fee applies to several infractions. - the renter watches every move you make. There are cameras on the outside of property so if you violate a rule, be prepared for shaming text from owner. For example, we had a family over for dinner and immediately got a text saying we were over occupancy for the rental, even though they only planned on staying for 2 hours. We had to cut short a get together due to these rules. Alot of this seems to be driven by HOA via the owner, and if that is the case, this place however nice it is, but maybe it should not be a short term rental.

Be prepared for confusing and excessive rules to stay at this beautiful home

Becky was very responsive and the property was beautiful and exactly as described. Ultimately, we had a great stay! A word of caution though, while it is technically stated in the listing that "You are required to sign our lease and follow all instructions.", you will likely be shocked at the content of the agreement & instructions which I was sent and required to sign only two days before the reservation. I've never had fill out a multipage DocuSign to stay at a VRBO. The contracts includes, paraphrasing a few: "You MUST do a Facetime call with the host before using the hot tub" "You must take out the trash, otherwise $200 fine" "You can't use the gas fireplace" "You need to send a picture of the keys and garage remote during checkout, otherwise $200 fine" "Not a single person other than those indicated to the host can visit the house without first declaring them to the host." I completely understand WHY these rules are put in place considering bad guests could have parties and trash the place and ruin it for the good guests. However, I was still surprised by this and felt embarrassed having to relay all the extra rules to my friends and it gave the overall vibe of having to walk on eggshells, otherwise we might get fined or worse. My understanding was that these sort of rules and precautions are covered by having a property management service, a maid service, and VRBO property insurance.

Great, quiet location

Our family of 6 enjoyed this nice house in a quiet neighborhood, all within short distance of Copper Mountain Ski Resort. We used the new appliances and grill twice a day and they worked great. We also enjoyed the clean hot tub and bumper pool table. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very accommodating and worked well for our group with room to spare.

Nice stay!

I recently stayed at this VRBO property and had an excellent experience. The booking process was seamless and the property was accurately described on the website. The host was responsive and accommodating, making sure that all of our needs were met during our stay. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Owners are Gerald Conley and Becky Oliver. Becky Oliver is a licensed real estate agent with Briggs Freeman Sotheby's in Dallas, Texas and Gerald is a retired attorney. We purchased this incredible home in 2021. We've owned in Copper since 2010 in the Center Village and always wanted a bigger place for the entire family. Now we have both!

World class skiing and endless fun in the summer. Copper Mountain was just ranked #8 in the West for Best Ski Resort above all the other resorts in Summit County. Great location on golf course and just short walk to lift. Hot tub overlooks golf course and mountains.
